The house was very comfortable, everything was clean. The owners lived right next door and were super nice. If we needed something all we would have to do is ask. The homemade cakes were delicious😁

Unfortunately the mosquito’s kept us indoors after the sun went down.

+ The villa is really beautiful and clean

- We were very disappointed with the attitude of the owner, who lives in the neighboring building of the villa. We spent the weekend in the villa with friends and the owner was constantly going to check on us and walking around our property for which we didn’t deduct a little money. Our behavior was appropriate as we understand that parties are not allowed. Friends visited us at the villa and I don’t see a problem with that. Immediately after lunch, he approached them and informed them that they had to leave the villa in an instant. Until they did, he waited in front of our door. Everything we did during the day and in the evening we had to report to him on a regular basis. His relationship was really catastrophic and I don’t recommend staying, especially not to young people. If he wants to have only families in the villa, he should report this earlier and add it under the description of the villa. We felt like we were in school where the teacher was with us. The security he demanded from us on arrival (€ 300) is also very high, and because of this it is not necessary to constantly monitor the tourists who came on aholiday.

The owners were the best. They surprised us with delicious self made cake and gifted us a bottle of wine. They were literally the nicest people ever and so helpful. House and pool area were really cool, as a group of 6 we loved it! Can recommend 11/10!!

The property was superb, far for noise and circulated area. It was very clean, the terrace was very nice. Host was friendly and they gave us valueble informarions.

1. The internet conection is poor with slow speed, so i sugest Claudio to change the subscription. 2. The fridge is too small.

Great place to stay for a relaxing week. Well equipped with everything needed. Lovely peaceful garden in secluded part of Pula. Car essential to make the most of a stay in this lovely part of the world. Anita, our host was lovely and helpful at all times - even took us for a tour round the local beaches. Would visit again.
