I like the fact that there was a kitchenette, a big microwave and the room was nice and cool!

The furniture was a little outdated but truthfully the room was clean no bugs or anything like that.

The fact they took my room from me cause of a concert was coming into town and they wanted to raise the price for those who were coming in for the concert. Loud tenants and drugs were so bad passing threw there

Comfortable bed. Cleanliness. Staff was very nice and Accommodating.

Although the room was clean. When I entered the room there were many Flies in the room. Couldn't get rid of them. Cats everywhere. Cat food and water left out, which is what attracted the cats.

I did not like they charged me an extra 50 dollars and hey didnt charge my co workers the same. And i couldnt cancel because i would have got charged a night stay so i was screwed either way. Its hard for ppl these days and every company taking advantage of the workin man its not right. Dont stay here

Location of the property made easy access to the expressway.

We were NEVER offered clean towels. Seems like a weed smoking location since everyone was always smoking weed not caring their were children around and even some of the staff members smelled like weed. Rooms seemed like they weren’t properly cleaned since we found LOTS of hair that did not belong to us. Restroom walls also looked so dirty. We were never offered trash bags for the trash cans. I had to ask someone for them and person even rolled eyes like if she didn’t want to.

It's right off the highway but wasn't too loud. About 15 minutes from major attractions like the Texas State Aquarium and North Beach. The room was clean, and the water pressure was great overall. Beds were very comfortable and the air conditioning worked great! They also provide free towels and ice, but you have to go get the towels from the office yourself. It was also very convenient having the kitchenette, which was fully functional and worked great.

The staff wasn't very friendly, and somewhat short with us when we has questions about how checking out works, and barely said goodbye to us when we did check out from our stay. Also there were other guests blasting music from their car and getting drunk on the walkway next to our room at 6am. I suppose you could just chalk it up to you get what you pay for. Overall, we did enjoy our stay.

Didn’t serve breakfast! Disappointed!

There was several rude housekeepers and lady at front desk was rude to our daughter! The 10 cop cars along with guy getting arrested kinda makes you worry!
