Location was good only. Beside railway station.

The room was shabby, dirty, curtains were in such a condition no body can touch it. Breakfast was bad. All foods were cold. Nobody was there to listen the guest's requirements.

The location, staff support, room size, cleanliness & breakfast and also guest friendly interaction by the management team.

Money is taken equal to a 3 star hotel, but even Basic facilities like, body soap, shampoo, dental kit, bathroom slippers were not available.

Location was excellent, staff were friendly and cooperative. We needed a room change as there was a drainage issue with the room's bathroom and the staff got it done at the earliest and we were given a different room with no delay or hassle.

The rooms were not clean, had cockroaches, very old and had a lot of maintenance issues. Our first room bathroom had cockroaches and also had some drainage issue with the plumbing. Definitely not worth the exorbitant money we paid for the stay.
