Es war schon sehr eng alles. Ein bisschen wie in einer Zelle.

Gute Lage zwischen Markt und Schloss. Schöner Außenbereich, der zum Sitzen einlädt. Gepflegtes Grundstück. Viele Parkplätze vorhanden. Im Zimmer war alles vorhanden, was man benötigt und auch die kleine Küche war gut ausgestattet.

Zimmer sehr klein und sehr warm. Ein Ventilator war vorhanden, aber leider nicht ausreichend Steckdosen. Keine Steckdose in Bettnähe. Laute Wanduhr, die man aber zum Glück abnehmen kann.

Nice appartment in a good location in front of a park with a small zoo.

People/guests is according to the house rules suppose to be quite after 21. Our room was located on the back of the building with windows pointing towards an area with tables and benches belonging to the hotel. Unfortunately this area had 5-8 craftsmens/builders drinking and behave loudly(shout, singing) until 23 right outside our windows. I would suggest the host to walk for a tour around his area at night to make sure that guests are respecting hes rules.

Location. Two separate bedrooms. Alle needed equipment. Parking.

Too soft and short beds. Kitchen is really very small. Noisy street (traffic).

it was easy to find and a good telefonic access guidance though there was no staff at the property.

no staff at sight, mold in the shower, half a high bed that was in some kind of extra hole in the wall room with no access but with nails and screws and wood lying round and a mattress lying around looking like a dungeon with no extra light. in one of the two bedrooms, it was sold as “twin or doublebed” and had actually two seperate rooms with one single bed each. just not what you expected. the rooms looked more like some workers pension than a proper apartment. one of the closets was partly hung out. the curtains were hardly to move. the keys to every room were just hung to each door for everyone to access before we got there though we checked in in the afternoon as asked.

There was no expectation but the reality was a pleasant surprise.

That our stay was too short.

very spacious, bed was comfortable, the price was great, good value for money

clean rooms, pleasant surroundings and a short walk to the lake.
