The location is great, the rooms are great. The living room and kitchen are a bit small, but it's completely manageable. The bathroom is also quite small. But the rooms are big and cozy. The terrace is great, comfortable, and the view is enjoyable. But the photos of the terrace are a bit old, I will attach a more recent photo

It was very uphill, more than I expected. The double bed would be too small for two people.

Meeting with parents at Terrace Mtatsminda was wonderful! The apartment provides with 3 furnished bedrooms and a living room / kitchen. The beds and linen are comfortable, and the heating was well enough to feel really warm in February. A variety of utensils are available, as well as a washing machine. The hospitable hosts waited for our late arrival and helped us find the location. The top-floor terrace, accessible to residents, offers mesmerizing views of the city!

We had completely forgotten about the elevation differences in Tbilisi! It is worth bearing in mind that the apartment is quite high relative to the main streets, and climbing up to it can be difficult for an elderly person. In any case, using a cab helps partially solve this problem. During the holidays in the evenings can be a little noisy, as the neighbors like to have a good time, but it does not interfere with the stay, and at night it is quite quiet.

There was no one that I like instead.

Relay had no respect and could not speak English or any other language. he was not polite either and there was a lot of difference between the pictures on the website and the apartment .never do not recommend

Creaking beds, but that is the only bad thing I can say

The flat is situated on the first floor of a large family house. The terrace is on the second floor. It is equipped with comfortable furniture and was the place where we spent a lot of time chilling out, admiring the superb view and sometimes socializing with the host family. Gia came to pick us up from Kutaisi airport. His son, Bega took us in his car on two trips to show us around Georgia, which we thoroughly enjoyed. The family are very cordial, they made sure we were well taken care of. Bega's daughter, aged 9, speaks English amazingly well. The flat is well-equipped. It has got A/C, washing machine, fridge, TV, cooker, cutlery, crockery and glassware. It is clean, the beds are comfy. The WiFi connection is fast and stable, both in the flat and on the terrace. We highly recommend this place and hope to stay there the next time we visit Tbilisi.
