We had a group of 8 adults and loved this house and location. Super easy to find, close to the main channel but far enough we could float and not get rocked by waves. The dock was amazing also. House was spacious and had everything we needed. Will definitely book again!

Great home to stay with our family. Communication with the owners was outstanding (prompt replies and very friendly) when asking questions about the property, during the booking and check-in process, and during our stay. The property is very clean and well-maintained. There was plenty of room for 5 kids and 6 adults. Our elderly parents, who have a hard time with stairs, were able to access the kitchen, family room, master bedroom/bathroom, and large deck areas overlooking the lake with only one small step into the house from the driveway - exactly what we were looking for. The boat dock and dock area was very large and could accommodate our boat and jet ski. We will definitely stay here again for our annual Lake of the Ozarks family vacation.

We had a great time here! The place was clean, kitchen was stocked, and a great place to hangout for a group of 8! We loved sitting on all the decks and the dock was a great place to hang and swim. Would definitely come back again!

House was perfect size for me and my group. Didn’t have to travel far to do any of the activities we wanted to do. Property manger was in constant contact of I had questions. Will definitely pick this place when we come back

17mm is a fantastic location by water and Osage Beach side by land. We had a 38’ long boat and the slip was a nice accommodation and nice dock with tables and chairs to hang out. I would recommend this home and would stay there again! Property managers are very responsive to anything you may need.

Stayed at this house for my bachelor party and it had everything we needed. Fit all my guys and all had a great time and enjoyed the deck, grill, and dock space the most. Amazing clean property and owners were great and easy to communicate with and always quick to respond and provide anything needed. Definitely would stay again! Thank you for the great time!

Lovely home with great location
Third time we rented Steve’s home for our family vacation. The kids love swimming and fishing by the boat slip. Only minutes from groceries or anything else you might need.

Perfect Getaway at Lake of the Ozarks!
Property was clean and in great shape! Owners were easy to communicate with and super accommodating. It was in a great location and the dock made everything so easy. We also actually saw a bald eagle when we were staying! I would definitely recommend and stay here again.

Only issue was that the trash had to accumulate because there wasn’t a pickup while we were there. The existing trash cans were already full when we arrived so we had to stack new trash on top of old trash. Also an animal got into the trash one night and we had to clean it up which was unfortunate. Could have been avoided if we had a place to put our garage.

We escaped to this paradise for a bachelorette weekend getaway; there were 11 women in the group. The house has enough room that we did not feel like we were crowded. The deck is AMAZING. The gorgeous house is nestled in a quiet cove which was nice for relaxing by the dock and being able to float. We encountered a few minor issues with the house, however they were addressed immediately by Steve. The house was stocked with all the essential cookware and such. The stairs leading down to the dock is quite the hike, however that is to be expected with a lakefront home, but the quietness of the cove and view was more than enough to make up for the hike! Definitely would stay here again! Don't hesitate to book, you won't be disappointed!
