Excellent spacious apartment. Lovely and clean throughout. Great view overlooking the pools and nice secure balcony area ideal and safe for a family with young children. Air conditioned , which was a neccessity in the the extreme heat. Fully equipped kitchen with washing machine was also really useful. Designated parking spot located right by the entrance doors. Communication with the owners was also quick and excellent. Would highly recommend and we would definitely stay here again.

Lovely spacious apartment with large balcony. We had a great time here. The apartment has everything you could possibly need, very clean. The pool area is lovely and very quiet when we visited. We visit Cyprus quite often and would definitely stay here again.

Really impressed with the property. Huge double balcony, lovely and clean and really well equipped in kitchen and lounge. Variety of furniture all of a good standard. Home from home and an ideal place for my 13 year old son and I to holiday for a week. Pools were great, my only little gripe was the kiddies pool wasn't cleaned at all that week although the larger pool was very nice. Slightly out of season so this is probably why. Parking port really useful and convenient and stopped car from getting too hot. Well laid out instructions and the easy check in process was less stressful already the keys as we could fly in from Paphos late and drive across the island knowing we could just get in and no one was having to wait if we were delayed. Had everything we needed in the kitchen and there was the bonus of books, DVD player and some games in the cabinet. Two good bathroom and showers/bath and ideal for a small family to stay with plenty of space and facilities. Easy to walk into Oroklini centre if you need to and an ideal base for a holiday in Cyprus. Excellent communications with Vaughan so thank you every much and we looked after your apartment and left it as we found it, we can see a lot of love and attention has been given to this fantastic property and are likely to be a return booker. :)

Really enjoyed out stay. The apartment and apartment complex was immaculate. The apartment was well equipped and the internet worked well. We enjoyed using the balcony and the swimming pool. It was October so the pool was colder but we still had a few swims and it was nice sitting out next to the pool. There is a number of restaurants in walking distance (10 minutes walk) but would recommend a car if you want to visit beaches or do sight seeing.

Communication with the owner and the information package prior to us going was excellent. The apartment is spacious with a good size balcony and it contains everything you need for a holiday. The water pump worked really well for both showers and the sinks.
It's a 10 minute walk to the centre of Oroklini to Maria's supermarket and a number of tavernas. We were there for nearly five weeks and ate out most evenings, either in the village or other restaurants in the area. A car to get to the beaches and other attractions is advisable.

Had a lovely 3 weeks at this apartment. Everything you needed was available, and if not a message to either the friendly property manage,Bridget,or the owner,Vaughan was quickly answered and any problems remedied or queries answered. We have been to the village a lot over the years and it is full of very friendly people. A car is recommended but not necessary unless you want to explore the island as the village has good supermarkets and other shops, bars and restaurants to suit all tastes. Holiday in Oroklini
It's a beautiful apartment, with a terrace with some views down to the sea. It is also comfortable, well equipped with everything you need for a relaxing holiday. Pool is very nice and clean, our kids loved it. The air conditioning did a good job in the heat (and gosh it was pretty hot in end of August) .We rented a car (and I would advise anyone to do so) as we
like to explore the area and have the freedom to go wherever we feel like to go and not to rely on public transport. Overall we had a fantastic holiday and I highly recommend this lovely apartment to anyone who would like to spend an amazing holiday in Cyprus.

Location, location, location and lovely!
Our thanks to Vaughan and Barbara, we enjoyed a peaceful and relaxing holiday in their well-equipped apartment in the village of Oroklini, Cyprus.
The apartment is very well-located and furnished to a high and comfortable standard, the balcony is very spacious and provides a wonderful external extension to the apartment.
Bridget and Chris who are based locally came in to clean during our stay, they were very friendly, helpful and willing to provide for us, as well as ensure we wanted for nothing.
We will definitely want to return!

Excellent apartment in Oroklini
Lovely 2 bedroom apartment with large balcony providing stunning views towards the sea at Oroklini. Beautiful pool area with waterfall and gardens. Jacuzzi great to relax in. Located within walking distance of several good tavernas and a Sports Bar. Apartment very clean and well-maintained. Owners very keen to ensure you have an enjoyable stay in their property. Highly recommend this apartment to couples and families alike.

Excellent two bed apartment in a lovely complex
This 2 bedroom, 2 toilets apartment is furnished to a high standard throughout. It also has a large patio overlooking the complex pool. Wifi is available throughout the apartment and at the pool area.
The complex itself is clean, tidy and well maintained.
I would recommend this apartment / complex to anyone looking for a relaxing holiday in a quiet complex / village.

The apartment is everything you could ask for.
There is off road parking the apartment is clean and modern. Ladies do not need to take hair dryer or straighteners as these are all supplied there is even a Cypriot bbq on the balcony. Our group was 4 adults and the apartment was plenty big enough. I would recommend this property to anyone the apartment was spotless on arrival we were greeted by a lovely lady cecilia full off smiles showed us around the apartment told us about the village and everything we asked. Vaughan & Barbara thank you for a lovely holiday.

A nice relaxing stay in Oriklini
This apartment is tastefully decorated and set within a tidy communal complex. In the warmer months there is use of a pool, Jacuzzi and a smaller pool for youngsters. The weather was too cold for pool swimming in late October so it was good to see maintenances being carried out on the pool and garden areas so it would be as new for the coming spring. (The sea maintains the temperature so still can swim at this time of year!) The apartment overlooks the pool area and gets plenty of sun. The apartment block sits a short distance away from the main Oriklini village, though this is expanding and more of a town as holds a few supermarkets/shops/bars/ and most importantly two very tasty bakeries! If you hire a car (and it's fairly easy to drive around Cyprus) this apartment is ideal for access Agia Napa & water park (about 20-5mins away) and local CTO beach is only about 10 mins ride away. Also, to the south you can get to many historic sites and other resorts and beaches. The apartment itself comes equipped for self catering on a easy level, also we received a very hospitable greeting from the key holder upon arrival at the apartment which made an easy and informative welcome to the accommodation and the area itself. Having stayed in Cyprus so many, many times to visit my family, this has been one of the better accommodations found. It was recommended to me from a previous rental in the same building and both have equally been run and equipped to a high standard for self catering a long way from home. If you do not want to eat in, there is many cheap restaurants around the village, if you want a standard (English like) good value Pub type food try the Lithos Hotel bar, this holds regular entertainment and is free most of the time and extremely good value. If you want to try local with an ambience go for the Corfu tavern in the centre of the village, have eaten here on a few separate trips and always have had good value and most importantly good service. Overall if you are a couple or a family of four, this is an ideal let for an all rounder.

Stunning apartment, fantastic place to stay
We had a fantastic holiday staying at this beautifully appointed apartment in Oriklini. It had everything we could possibly need during our stay. Traditional restaurants within easy reach and very reasonably priced. Several beaches close by too and a fantastic location for a trip to the town of Larnaca. We wouldn't hesitate to go back for another visit and highly recommend it to anyone wishing to visit this part of the island.

This is a lovely apartment, truly home from home.
The property is located in a quiet area of a lovely Cypriot village. It is, as described, home from home. We found it clean and very comfortable. It has a large balcony with a sea view ( in the distance) that overlooks a lovely pool. The only downside of the pool is that we couldn't stand in it, it's the same depth all round. You can however get a good swim and I noticed the pool was cleaned regularly. All in all I would fully recommend this apartment.

We had a lovely 2 weeks, apartment was very well kept and modern, with everything you needed. The pool area was beautiful, just a shame the jacuzzi didn't always work. The children really enjoyed playing in the pool. You really need a car to get around as the apartment is in a small village. There are a couple of places to eat in the village and 2 very nice 24 hour bakeries. Larnaca is nice at night as there are lots of restaurants on the sea front.
