beautiful views, amazing location directly on the sea front. lovely spot with a small shop and cafe a short walk along the front. large, airy apartment with a lovely balcony in a queit location.

Very nice, large, light appartment. Perfect equipmented. House of flats with appartments is very interesting, near the big rock, with a lot of flower decoration. Really by the see. Comfortable beds, nice balcony, 2 bathrooms.

Only things - a quite noisy above neighbour, especially during the weekend.

Cleanness and delays for the check-in. Small TV. Mosquitos. Glass table (my personal taste).

Second time staying here. This apartment is wonderful, greatly setup, amazing location. Incredible value for your money. We go to tabaiba a lot to visit family and have stayed in other places, but this one is just the best for us.

Location right by the ocean.

To start we did not get the right key to the main door. We had to sneak in the building after a lady who held the door open for us. I notified the host of this at 9 pm and we did not get a new key until 14:30 pm the next day. The host did not seem to care very much and did not apologize for the inconvenience. Kitchen was dirty. Mugs, dishes and cutlery where put away dirty in the cupboard. Cuttingboard had black mold spots. Horrible. Stovetop stopped working on our second day. In the master bathroom bad smell is coming from the drain. Very unpleasant. The duna cover in the master bedroom was too big for the duna? Strange. Duna covers and bedsheet where worn out. Pillows not been washed for a while, far from fresh. Smelled like old sweat and cigarette smoke. Disgusting.

Location was perfect. The facilities and the apartment was in excellent condition, equipped with everything you would need during a week long stay. Highly recommended, great value for the price. Would stay there again for sure!

The location was excellent, communication regarding arrival was very good. The apartment has very good layout.

We had two main problems: 1. Doors from the balcony was not possible to close. The lock was damaged and when we required assistance we were told that we are on high floor and we don’t need to be worry about safety... 2. The master bedroom shower was smelling very bad. There’s obvious problem with plumbing. We had to keep doors open all the time otherwise D bedroom will be inhabitable. In summary: The apartment is very good but the level and the quality of maintenance is very low.
