Owners were very friendly and made us very welcome. Excellent location in Ironbridge. Lovely breakfast. Stayed 5 days. Would book again.

The breakfast was excellent, the food was lovely. The service friendly, warm and prompt. The location was excellent, we were able to leave the car and walk to the nearby, shops, restaurants and pubs. Our hosts were the most friendly of any place we have stayed before. They were more like family, and we felt like it was home. We will recommend Riverside to others wanting to visit Ironbridge.
There are no changes that we think would be an improvement.

This property is in a fantastic location about 200m from the bridge and the centre of Ironbridge. There are 3 good pubs nearby to choose from and Blists Hill Museum is a 50 minute walk. The hosts were friendly and accommodating.

The hosts were very down to earth and friendly, felt very comfortable talking with them.
Only a couple of rooms which made it feel very homely.
The location was excellent.
Steep stairs to rooms. Not a problem unless you have slight mobility problems.

Breakfast - No cornflakes on requesting first breakfast the following morning. orange juice only offered. Full english was only 4 items - no mushrooms, hash browns offered. Poor 1 item of bacon sausage egg and tomatoes on the vine. A full english is at least 6 items
No lounge room so if its raining stay in your bedroom.

Breakfast was excellent. Location perfect. Next to the river, 200yrds from the Ironbridge itself, several pubs & restaurants within a few minutes walk. Hosts Eleanor& Shaun very friendly & helpful.

Location is perfect and there is free parking outside the property, very friendly owners, small outside area so you can have a drink and watch the world go by, spotless clean

everything is run on a budget, at times during the night heating would go off for hours and the room would become freezing especially when it was minus two outside. she was reluctant to leave the heating on few Agee more hours .

The b and b was dead centre as we knew, however Eleanor and Sean were superb. Very friendly and approachable. Really nice people if I'm honest. Perfect breakfast. Not too much, not too little. Thanks to Eleanor and Sean. Dead good visit. Cheers.

Eleanor was a wonderful host and her breakfasts were lovely. The room was spacious, comfortable and had in it all we needed. The location was perfect.

Riverside is right in the middle of Ironbridge and is ideally located for exploring this wonderful area. There are lots of restaurants within walking distance and there is also a supermarket. The room was very clean and had everything you needed including lots of hanging space for clothes. The hosts were very attentive , nothing was too much bother and there was a good selection of food for breakfast.

Friendly welcome, lovely location and excellent facilities in our room, including a sofa. At breakfast, we were offered more of eveything, even the orange juice - which is a rarity.

The breakfast was excellent. Eggs cooked to perfection with plenty of toast. Lovely dining room and everything served with a smile. The owners were very friendly and helpful. Part of the road was closed for works but they had emailed to warn us and advised us that we could get through OK and park right outside.
Found the room just a little bit gloomy and I'm not a great fan of bare wooden floors in a bedroom. It was all very clean and the shower was excellent. Steep staircase for anyone who may be be rather unfit.

The property was located in a beautiful, quiet area. It is clean and comfortable and the owners are very polite and accommodating. We will certainly be back in touch to book again when we are back in the area. And will be recommending to family and friends. Thank you for a lovely stay.

The location
1.There were no Covid precautions (No hand sanitiser, no social distancing (we shared our breakfast table with another couple),
2. The public areas had an awful smell
3. Breakfast was either 8.00am or 8.30am - we were on holiday!
4. There was no privacy at breakfast - we did not want to hear the host's life story whilst we were having breakfast each morning
5. Limited choice for breakfast and the cereals had seen better days
6. It isn't hygienic to have cats as company for breakfast
