Reasonably appointed accommodation. Bedroom and bathroom a bit on the small side. However this did not detract from a comfortable stay. Ideally situated within the town

The location was excellent, ideal for access to the beach, coastal walks and shops. Everything that was required was provided in the apartment.

The apartment will be better when the builders have finished in the adjoining property. We were told of this, but it's not exactly enjoyable being woken by drilling and hammering at 8am! Also the slow drainage from the kitchen sink and the shower head problems need resolving. If all of the above are sorted, the apartment is excellent, and I would certainly re-book in the future.

Great location in town centre by the harbour. Immaculate small first floor apartment in modern building. Self catering with all you need. Short walk to Wells beach which joins Holkham beach. Allocated parking. Wells is a beautiful, busy seaside town. Really enjoyed the 1 night stay.

Good location, close to harbour and restaurants but in a quiet street so no disturbance at night. Comfortable bed. Very clean. Everything that we needed for our short stay, including a filter coffee machine and a dishwasher.

We have a big SUV so it was a little tricky getting into the car parking space when it was dark, otherwise everything was fine.

Location is superb. Excellent pubs in close proximity serving good food. Excellent base for walking

It was a bit cold the first night but to be fair was probably due to windows being kept open to reduce risk of COVID on transfer between occupants

Location is fantastic, just where we wanted to be, so close to the town, shops and the quay. And to have a place to park in Wells is perfect.

Location, with private parking was great. It was a quiet area although only a stones throw from eateries, pubs and shops. The flat was clean and tidy and very functional for two people.

Shower cubicle was small but for a week it is adequate.

Excellent location. The apartment is well furnished and very clean and has the advantage of an allocated parking space - so important in Wells. Avril (our host) is extremely helpful.

The apartment is in an excellent location just a two minute walk from the harbour in Wells, with its own parking space opposite. The apartment is spotlessly clean and contains everything needed for a very comfortable stay. It is smartly decorated in a bright and airy manner. The owner has left plenty of information for visitors regarding places to visit and eat. Wells is a lovely place to stay and also a good base from which to explore other places along the coast. We would have no hesitation in staying there again.
