It was close to the city and very quiet. The appartment is well equipped and the view is very nice.

There was no wifi from the moment we arrived until we left. It never got fixed. Also the bed was not that comfortable - the mattress was very thin.

This place is truly exquisite and a great view of the ocean with the sunrise! The entire apartment is well equipped for longer stays as well as short stays.

There was a bit of a problem with the wifi for 2 days during our stay which was a bit frustrating. We would’ve liked to have more towels available as well.

Melania contacted us via whatsapp at noon and met us in front of the apartment in the evening, so very smooth check-in. Apartment is on the second floor, quite new and very clean. 2 balconies: living room's balcony facing the street, bedroom's balcony (with washing machine) facing the courtyard (no sea view). Very good foccacceria and caseifico downstairs. About 15 minutes to old town by foot. Monopoli is clean and nice town,

There was a problem with online payment via booking.com but it was solved.

The apartment (number 33) itself is new and modern. But the location is terrible. The walk to the city is 20 minutes and the neighbourhood is bad. We had a rental car and I Would definitely not recommend walking here in the evening. The beach is not really a beach where you can lay down, it’s more of a industrial side. The view from the appartement is an old abandoned soccer stadion, not pretty. There is a washing machine and a dish washer, but you have to buy the soap yourself. When we arrived, the host said we had the pay the whole amount in cash. We refused this, but we had had to pay 50€ in cash for the cleaning she said. After we got back from vacation they charged the whole amount, including the cleaning fee from our creditcard. We are waiting for over 7 weeks now for our 50€. We have asked so many times but they refuse to give our money back. We filed a complaint at booking.com, hopefully this works but I think we lost the money. We’re very happy we didn’t pay the whole amount in cash! This is just a scam. Think twice before booking this accommodation!

It is a very modern, spacious and spotlessly clean apartment with a great sea view from the living area and bedroom and an easy 15 minute walk to the old town which is lovely. A very good bakery directly below and a simple fish restaurant that we loved within about 100m.

The North facing balcony in October had no sun which cannot be changed but could have been OK if the owner/management company had allowed the hot tub to be heated. They refused and would not allow it so it was an outside cold bath with cold bubbles. No thanks! The whole balcony, therefore, was effectively useless as there was no table to eat at at, no comfortable chair or sofa to have a drink and relax in (this is a giant balcony) and the two sun beds provided were totally redundant. I requested a reduction in cost because of the lack of hot tub which was a major factor in my decision to book the apartment in the first place but this was refused and I was actually overcharged more than 60 euros which, so far, is proving difficult to recover. Also, the view from the balcony is seriously spoilt by a derelict industrial site.
