Excellent location, 10 mins from several bus routes, 20 mins walk along the front to tram, literally right on the beach, 5 mins from consum supermarket. There are restaurants, bakers, fruit shops all within walking distance. Very comfortable, spacious apartment, kitchen equipped with everything you need, linens provided. Lovely terrace out the front, with tables and chairs. Toni the owner, responded very promptly to booking and any questions, also when the washing machine stopped working, it was replaced with a brand new one within 2 days, he was available when needed, also giving privacy. There is a little wear and tear on the sofa but this doesn’t stop use, and the website photos are correct. I highly recommend this apartment, we were there for 6 weeks, enjoying Las Fallas which was amazing. Valencia is a beautiful city, with a great, cheap transport system, also as a lady going out and about on my own, very safe. The beach area of Patacona is a lovely area, clean beach with eating places. As I said, Toni was very helpful, with information and booked a taxi for the airport, thank you Toni, your apartment helped make our stay in Valencia special.

We stayed for three nights in October 2016. The property was modern, clean and exactly what we were looking for. Toni was easy to deal with and a great help with local information. Highly recommended.

Such a lovely apartment in a beautiful part of Valencia. Toni was very helpful from the start of the booking process until the moment we left, even securing our bags while we explored Valencia after we had checked out and then booking us a taxi to the airport. Transport links are easy to use wherever we wanted to go, even though we dont speak any spanish. The beach outside the front door was our favourite spot. This apartment has everything you need for a holiday, whether you want to eat out, cook, relax or go sight seeing or all of the above. Couldnt recommend it more and will consider coming back soon, which I dont normally do.

We chose this apartment as we wanted to stay in a quieter location, outside of the city and close to the beach. This apartment satisfied our requirements entirely. It is easy to get into the city of Valencia using the bus which is a couple of minutes walk. The apartment was well equipped with sufficient kitchen supplies, modern tv, dishwasher, washing machine and fridge freezer etc. The furnishing is very comfortable, and is perfect for couples. The owner, Toni, was helpful and informative both before our visit and during our visit. We highly recommend this apartment and would stay again if we were to visit Valencia again.

This being my first non-hotel rental vacation I was worried. But Toni (the owner) was everything and so much more as the other reviews mention. He was personable, polite, on time, very helpful with advise and no worries. To being with the building has excellent security, not that you need it, the lobby and common areas are so well maintained and polish clean, the concierge who is at his desk by the door morning to evening is very kind and helpful as well. The building is a very quiet residential building...no loud noise and everyone is very polite and respectful of the noise, property and common areas. From the lobby you walk out to an enclosed common area private patio with table and chairs that overlooks and is literally 5 steps onto the beach. The beach is beautiful, clean and pristine sandy sand, the water clear and clean. The people on the beach are wonderful nice and clean. The walk along the beach is full of beautiful delicious local restaurants that I highly recommend thanks for Toni's suggestion, we ate here 3 times..."CASA CAREMELA" though they are only open from 1-4pm And its worth changing your vacation plans or getting off the beach to eat REAL PAELLA made on open flames. Excellent restaurant. The apartment is on the first floor though it does not face the beach it is a beautiful well maintained clean nicely decorated apartment. Simple and open concept for a couple. The bathroom has a really nice shower massage, and washer dryer, comes with dishes and pots pans etc for the kitchen. The bed is comfortable and clean, with sheets, towels and a closet to hang all your cloths. You have a hair dryer and iron, board. Many small market to buy food along the street to cook or take out. Excellent I was spoiled by the experience and hope to come across more apartments and owners like Toni in the future. Thank You Toni for making a short stay in Valencia on Patacona beach is awesome experience. We will have to come back one day to stay longer. loved it, highly recommened.

Our family (2 adults + 3 children) spent wonderful holiday in Valencia. Apartment was exactly as described, lovely, clean, excellent location. Valencia was absolutely beautiful and interesting city. On a scale from 1 to 10 I would rate this apartment a 10. It was everything we hoped for. Patacona Beach is one of the nicest in all of Spain. We'll definitely be staying here again. And Toni (the owner) is a pleasure to work with.

We had a great stay in Tony’s apartment. The description of the apartment is accurate. This modern apartment is very new and very well equipped. Pictures accurately describe the property and the surroundings. The apartment is situated in a very nice, quiet and modern building. The area is safe and the apartment is right on the beautiful Patacona beach and close to the promenade and the Malvarosa beach. Our kids loved the beach. The apartment was very clean and very well maintained. A few minutes walking you will find several bus stations, grocery stores, banks, restaurants, fruits and vegetables stores, and several “comida para levar” places (cooked food to take home). Tony is a very nice, polite and reliable owner. He was very helpful during check in and check out. He provided us with maps and explained us where the most important destinations are. Whenever we had questions he answered them with detail and honesty. Valencia has a lot to offer to tourists: fantastic parks, ZOO, aquarium, science museum, museums, art galleries, great restaurants and fabulous architecture. Our family enjoyed Valencia very much and Tony was a great host. We recommend this property and we would come back with pleasure.

Que suerte hemos tenido de conocer esta fantastica casa en la playa Patacona!!! Es tal y como se ve en las fotos, esta todo muy cuidado y decorado con excelente gusto y muy limpio. Tiene todo lo que se puede necesitar para pasar unos dias o unas semanas. Ademas el trato de su propietario es muy atento y encantador. La ubicacion es perfecta, en la zona bonita y tranquila. Esta muy bien comunicada con transporte publico, todo esta a mano. Hemos ido con nuestro hijo que ha disfrutado de todas las posibilidades que ofrece Valencia con su playa enorme y limpia, el oceanografico con su dilfinario, los parques en el antiguo cauce del rio Turia… Toni, tu casa es maravillosa!!! Hemos pasado dos semanas estupendas en tu apartamento, seguro que repetimos. Recomendable 100%.

We enjoyed our stay very much. The apartment is just as advertized, modern, well equipted, in a quiet, safe neighborhood. Located on the beach with a bus stop out the front door and grocery store, bank, restaurants, etc. nearby. The owner is very nice and helpful. I highly recommend this property.

It is a new appartment well located in quiet district where you can find all equipment you need for comfortable vacation from dishwasher and clother washer to coffee machine. Owner Tony is very kind, open minded, caring person who gave us all necessary information we needed about the Valencia, transport, places for visiting. AND THE MAIN THING THAT WE HAVE NEVER FELT BEFORE - WE WOULD LIKE TO COME BACK AGAIN AND AGAIN. We will recomend apartment for all friends.

The Apartment is spacious and is very well furnished. During check in Toni showed and explained to us all appliances and where we can find everything. The Location of the Apartment is EXCELLENT. Its right on the beach at Playa Patacona, and Playa Malvarrosa is just a short walk away. There is a bus Station right in front of the door which will take you to the City center. The Apartment has a very nice kitchen with all the necessary appliances. There is a queen bed in the bedroom and also a sleeper Couch in the living room. Everything was very clean and in excellent shape. We will definitely stay here again!!!
