Awesome house for our family of 9 adults - very spacious and comfortable. Manager was very responsive to all our needs via text. Liked having garage access and keyless entry. Had to purchase hand soap for the bathrooms. Was thankful to have some laundry soap, dishwasher soap and paper towels provided. We would rent this home again!

The house was extremely clean. Loved having all that space , plenty of restrooms. The water temperature in the restroom near the laundry room was either too cold or way too hot. We did have to go out and buy a few things like coffee, creamer ,sugar salt and pepper and finally trash bags as we were only provided with one, which I felt was a bit strange. Outside of that we planned meals yo prepare during our stay so were provided with plenty of dishes and pots and pans.

While the house was nice, there were a couple concerns that I would point out...we paid a similar price per night in Sedona (front half of this trip). That house included shampoo, body wash, garbage bags, coffee including k-cups, etc. When paying this much for a rental, you don't expect to need to run to the store for such low-cost incidentals. That is just annoying. Otherwise, the house was nice and we really enjoyed the pool/patio.

This house was very nice. Perfect size for our group travelling. Lots of space. Beds were very comfortable. All that stayed said they loved their beds. Lots of activities in the house to do. The kids loved the old arcade game. Pool was nice and the hot tub was used lots as we didn’t have super hot weather for our stay. On the whole a very nice house and location. A few minor maintenance fixes around the house could be done. The floors definitely need to be washed. Thanks for a great place to stay.

We were a group of five older gearheads attending the January Scottsdale auctions. The house, with 5 bedrooms and 4 baths, was the perfect size for our group and conveniently located to all of the auction events and our favorite restaurants. Communication beforehand with the host was beyond perfect with any questions we had literally answered within minutes. It was well stocked with shampoo, soap, etc., and all the fluffy towels anyone could possibly want or use. Just bring coffee with you and you're all set!

each year we take a golf trip and have been to Scottsdale a few times now. The property was very conveniently located to everything we needed to do. As for the house, it was fine. The layout is a little funky and the air ducts didn't seem to blow air effectively into rooms. One of the rooms had a portable AC machine with a duct leaving the house which was noisy for the guy who had to sleep in that room. Backyard was nice and we enjoyed watching sports on the outdoor tv. Overall, it was a decent house...not the best we have stayed in, but not the worst.

This house was absolutely perfect we stayed here with 8 adults and 4 children, 1 baby and we fit perfect. The pool was amazing the kids and adults swam all day, the hot tub was a great bonus. Every couple had there own bathrooms which was fabulous. The beds were very comfortable. The outdoor sitting area was very nice with lots of different styles of chairs and a large table for games or dinner. We cooked 3 big meals and the kitchen was more then accommodating. The home owner was very responsive if we had any questions. Also no need to heat the pool in October. 100% recommend this house for any family vacation.

Place was great, spacious, a lot of rooms and the extra stuff like pool table, cards, shuffle board was a huge hit amongst men who like to gamble.

The house was fine initially, AC unit in the game room area quit working on the hottest day we were there. We also tried running the dishwasher after the first night and there was a very strong rotten smell, it instantly stunk up the whole place! The TV remote in the backyard wasn’t working, not a big deal but worth mentioning so it can be replaced. Overall for how marked up the daily rate was due to the holiday weekend, we are very unsatisfied with our stay.

Home review
Beautiful home, great neighborhood. Inside and outside of the time was very clean minus the pool. Water was slightly green but we enjoyed it anyway. Overall good stay with two hiccups. My father in law passed away unexpectedly just days before this trip. I told the home owner I don’t want a refund, and I don’t want to cancel, but I did ask if there was any possibility to push my date back (she was already paid in full). I even offered to show her proof, ultimately I got told no so that was a little frustrating. Our group ended up going anyway due to this and to not lose what we had paid. Secondly, check in was at 4pm and we waited outside in a thunderstorm in front of the house until 430pm while we got clarity on what the entry code to the home was. After that, everything went smoothly.

Bachelor Party at Tuscan Sun
To summarize the stay it was ok. The property management company was difficult to deal with. Made me just through a lot of additional paperwork and stuff outside VRBO and the contracts didn’t seem legitimate and I honestly thought I was going to be scammed on the property. Luckily that wasn’t the case. The property was nice. The house was poorly equipped if you plan on cooking. The main AC couldn’t keep up really and the additional mini split was not working. Was an ok stay overall. The multiple room and lot of sleeping space was ideal and a good set up.

Awesome property for group getaway
Our group really enjoyed our stay at this peopery. House was very clean and comfortable. Management communicated really well, check in and check out procesa was really simple. Would stay again and would recommend this property to others.

The home has a large footprint that can accommodate bigger groups, but, of course, you have to be mindful of Scottsdale's anti-party and noise laws. They provided plenty of towels, but very sparse on bathroom soap. They do provide enough to get you started. This company owns and manages multiple properties so you will talk to different people each time you have an issue or question and they may not be very responsive. At least this was our experience. We had a bathroom window with no shade or covering, a garbage disposal that stopped working so the drain backed up and pool heat we paid for that was not turned on until one day into our stay after we had to contact them and get someone sent out to fix it. There was no offer to refund us any of our money. The value for the per day today cost was not there, but it did suit our needs, fit everyone in our group & was close to Scottsdale Rd for Kierland, Fashion Square and Old Town activities. The pictures on the site must be a bit dated as the home has since aged with noticeable wear and tear and weeds growing in the front yard so don't be surprised or expecting a new(er) home. I'd say it's 3.5 stars based on a 1 to 5 Star scale. With all this being said we would consider staying here again for the right price. Everyone had a good time and we're not snobs on the little things, just wish the pool was heated upon our arrival and they were more responsive when things did need attention.

Friends get away
This house was perfect! It accommodated us so nicely for each couple to have their own bathroom. The living area and kitchen were just the right size for our group of 8 adults. The house had everything to make our stay comfortable and enjoyable (including a pool table, outdoor putting, outdoor pool, hot tub and a lot more!). The location was perfect for us to get to all of the courses we played within 30 minutes.
The best part of the trip was the customer service! We needed to rent 2 vans and the property managers made it so easy-they dropped off both vans for us when we needed them and all we had to do is return it at the airport parking deck with a lock box for a small fee). The customer service line is quick and easy and they were always helpful and courteous. We will definitely try to book this property the next time we come to Scottsdale!

Fabulous house for a large family
This was such a comfortable house for our family of 9. So practical and well laid out. The backyard is spacious with so many seating areas and a great hot tub plus an a orange tree! The beds and linens were clean and comfortable and the hosie was beautifully appointed.

Nice neighborhood, great location to everything. Hot tub didn’t work at first and when I inquired I was asked if I turned it on which I felt was poor customer service. Overall great place for a family to stay.

Great house. Got screwed on money
The house was amazing but I was charged for a day I did not book. Hot tub was broken and they would not offer me any compensation for that. They basically said stuff like that happens and it’s not our fault. Read the fine print. I’m still fighting with the host to get my refund for the extra day and it’s been almost 2 months. Miraculously I don’t even have “past trips” in my account anymore to access any details. Fishy circumstances. I won’t use VRBO or this host ever again. I was trying to give them the benefit of the doubt by waiting to leave a review but 2 months is long enough to wait.

Bachelor Party Pad
When you look at the amenities it has, it screams a perfect place for a bachelor party trip. Putting green, poker table, pool table, pool, and hot tub were all present. We were there for a bachelor golf trip of 8 people and there were more than enough beds and plenty of space for everyone. Also it is located within a couple miles of TPC Scottsdale and only a couple miles from Starfire if you're not looking to travel too far. Kierland commons is also only a couple miles away and it has plenty of nice restaurants if you don't want to venture to Old Town (about 15 minutes). Place was super clean and ready at check in time.

Great for two families!
This is a great VRBO for two families with kids! The two master suites were perfect, and the putting green, pool table, indoor shuffleboard and video game console kept the kids busy. We watched football outside on Sunday while the kids swam! Only complaint was that the pool is not heated as we agreed upon when we arrived and they tried their best to fix it in a timely manner. Wish check in was a bit earlier and check out was a bit later, and they should probably leave more than two garbage bags but other than that it was great.
