Water needed to be hotter in tub and shower

The view of sunrise is breathtaking. The house is very inviting and comfortable.

One bedroom had a fold out couch . They're no where near as comfortable. It needs a real queen size bed

It was very spacious. It accommodated all of us without it being limited. The kids had room to run and play.

The indoor pools were cold. I thought they would be heated with it being winter.

mini golf was closed and beds aren’t that comfortable (need new mattresses)

Location, views from Pent House level, parking spot very close to elevators (and they always came quickly!), spacious floor plan, 3 full bathrooms, & the Caribe amenities. 3 of our 5 slept alright on the very firm beds...2 did not. Loved having a washer/dryer and broom/vacuum to keep sand tracked in under control.

Linens (pillows were very few and old, no blankets on beds, the top sheet on our king bed was queen size...annoying if two people are trying to share it) If you plan to cook in a lot, the kitchen is not well equipped like other units in the same price range (poor quality knives, pans, & cookware...teflon pans have many scratches & need to retire...those flakes aren't safe to eat!) The master bathroom has dark orange colored paint throughout and high lights which made for strong shadows & it's tough to judge true color when applying makeup. A full length mirror in the master bedroom near the window would be a super addition!

The condo was wonderful. My family of 11 were very comfortable.

I think the cafe should be expanded. Bushes are beautiful, but have lots of trash all over.

Paying extra for parking and lack of extra blankets and pillows for sofa bed.
