Location was perfect with really good views. Nice pools with easy access to the beach by elevator. Room was not clean however.

Baby's feet and knees were black from crawling within 5 minutes. We had to purchase a swiffer to clean the floors. There was a dime size piece of egg on the top plate in the cabinet and a bug smashed on the pillow case. The top outlets in multiple rooms didn't work. There was also an oyster shell in the garbage disposal so we couldn't use that while we were there. Couches were also covered in ugly and very visible stains.

Apartments (2) were perfect to accommodate our family, all 14 of us (8 adults and 6 children).

I would have liked both apartments to be in the same floor, as I requested. Check-out time is way too early. Parking for 2 car per/Apartment should be included (I was charged $219.99 additional by Phoenix VII).

One of the guys at the front gate could be a bit nicer to guest. The guy was on duty around 4 o’clock Saturday the 19th when we checked in, if that helps to identify.

The unit was clean, very comfortably furnished, and up to date. The kitchen was well stocked for cooking.

The elevators were busy and took a while to get up and down.

The location and the view

Decor was very dated, and all of the outside patio furniture was rusty and unsafe. The beds were miserably uncomfortable. The shower and bathrooms altogether were terrible. Three different times various maintenance people came to do work, and I couldn’t help but think “why couldn’t this have been scheduled when noone was in the unit or after checking out while the cleaning crew were there. Parking was not included and cost $37/car, and no visitor parking was available

Pool was nice

Room desperately needs updating. Ceiling fan in master bedroom didn’t work. Maintenance never showed up. We had to buy a fan. Dryer would not shut off and didn’t dry good. Elevators were broke down more than they were working. Should be disclosed at time of booking that you have to pay nearly $40 per vehicle to park and only allowed 2 for a three bedroom condo.

The staff was excellent! The pools, lobby, and boardwalk were also excellent. The view was fantastic. The condos are directly in front of an amazing tide pool that was perfect for our kids to swim in.

Every piece of furniture on the balcony was rusted and sharp on the edges. It was not safe for our children to be out there. The door to the balcony was extremely difficult to pull open. The bathrooms were very small and difficult to give our younger children baths in. Had this trip just been the two adults, the bathrooms would not have been an issue but they could use some upgrades. After checking in we found only one roll of toilet paper and sand in the sheets of the master bed. Also, we could not connect to wifi the entire trip but we were there for the beach so that was not as big of a deal for us as it might be for some.

Good location and great view of the beach. Room was very comfortable. The staff was very friendly. Security does a great job checking for parking parking passes.

Some of the outdoor patio furniture located outside of our room was rusted pretty bad.

How close it was to the beach. It was out the way so it was more quiet than being close to the city or in Gulf Shores.

Property location was perfect. That's why I picked it.

The room charge was $91. Quite a lot of fees that bumped it to $241. That's a HUGE disparity, HUGE. There was actually no deal being had there. Advertising for $91 was quite the bait and switch. The little condo was clean and had plenty of room.

Had to pay $35 for a parking pass. Parking should be included.
