Beautiful view, cosy house, spacious bed rooms, very comfortable beds. 2 bathrooms very handy, when usable, well stocked, towls and linen all provided, hot tub, swimming pool was lovely,, had a really good meal at the pub on sight, beautiful grounds to walk around. A really good park near the house my son loved it. Overall we had a wonderful holiday, very peaceful quiet site, we had a great time , so many places to visit a really good base house to explore the county and would consider going back.

First impression was amazing, and was still a really good house to stay in, but a lot of problems occured, the biggest being water started coming through the downstairs bedroom ceiling, the upstairs bath leaked, so we had to go out the next day and have a repair team come in and fix it, meaning the upstairs shower was out of use for a couple of days. Annoyingly they new about the problem before we got there, apparently its happend before. The house smelt quite strongly of dog, a bit unpleasant. The dinning room chairs looked like they had been eaten by the dog aswell all the fabric was peeling off. The kitchen oven trays were all peeling so couldn't use most of them. One day we came home to no water, no note through the door to warn you work was taking place. The hot tub had no obvious off button, a huge waste of electricity, and noisy, as soon as you got in it would start warming back up, very noisy even if you adjusted the temp down it would still burst on after a minute, not very relaxing, also the lid was coming apart, and the seats were all slippery with algae, had to wipe it down which clouded the water for a while.
