Perfect location. Coffee was great. Breakfast was delicious but maybe a bit too much food. Loved the sauna, ice plunge and pool. Room was always clean and tidy. Super friendly staff.

The only thing was the pillows were a bit high, could have done with a flatter option. Steam room was out of order which was a shame.

Favourite city stay in Brisbane - rooftop infinity pool fabulous. Staff extremely friendly and helpful.

The room and hotel in general felt quite new and in good condition. The screens and mirrors in the elevators are very cool. The staff downstairs were very friendly and helpful to all requests.

Our room was cleaned just once in the 4 days 3 nights we were there. The magic glass in the shower is fancy but just doesn't work very well, you need 100% opacity when sharing a room with someone. There isn't any breakfast buffet or even just a restaurant area exclusive to hotel guests. We were led into a French style café just next to the hotel for breakfast. There the people were friendly but service was patchy and the food was ok at times and not quite good enough other times.

Check-in was seamless and all the staff were genuinely happy, helpful and friendly. The location is the best in Brisbane for Southbank and car parking easily taken care of by the hotel valet service. Room was spacious, with latest tech fit out. Breakfast was wonderful with a good selection of eats with table service among the best.

Being a hotel that generally pitches itself to the 30's and 40's, the only issue we had was dinner in the Terrace Restaurant. While it had wonderful views the venue was crowded for a Sunday evening with loud music and pulsating lights. We elected to go elsewhere for a quiet dinner.

The property was nice but I wouldn’t say a 5 star property more a 4 star. The terrace restaurant was nice and the pool but the rooms let it down.

The room was not very clean, smears everywhere and the shower really needs a deep clean. I ordered a taxi with the desk staff it took over 20 mins to arrive and had to ask three times.

The room is absolutely stunning, the coffee machine and hot chocolate were awesome amenities in the morning. The facilities are phenomenal, and the shower products were some of the best fragrances I’ve ever experienced.

The steam room wasn’t working and I was really looking forward to using it. So I was very disappointed about that.

Fabulous decor, service and amenities. Rooms are beautiful and staff are always happy to help with any requests.

Need to do something about the wind on the pool deck, like some wine glass holders on the side tables for instance. Every time I've been there I've nearly lost my wine, which we all know would be tragic.

Great location, easy to get to, valet parking, excellent rooms, great bar and poolside, close to public transport, wonderful staff . Super clean and smells great .

Location is perfect for our needs and the facilities are very good. The view from level 21 bar and infinity pool are exceptional. The staff are very courteous and helpful.

The bar fridge is quite small and the tv is hard to see during the day. We had a coffee machine that wasn't working and a mirror light that didn't work, both of which were rectified quickly after notifying reception. Wasn't aware of the $50 charge per night for parking.

I didn’t get to stay there , I checked in and had a shower, then went out for an early dinner, when I left the restaurant and was walking back to motel I tripped over and dislocated and broke my shoulder as well as a bad concussion so was rushed to The Mater Hospital where I underwent surgery and still in here. There was no alcohol involved with my fall , my girlfriend and I were both sober and looking forward to getting back to my room
