Die Lage des Hotels ist super. Man ist zu Fuß in 6 min beim Yoga Barn und in weniger als 10 Minuten in fancy Restaurants. Lage des Hotels ist wirklich super. Alle Hotspots zu Fuß erreichbar
Zimmer war dunkel und sehr hellhörig. Lage hat dies wettgemacht.
Sie wollten mir ein Zimmer direkt an der Straße geben, was durch die vielen Scooter mega laut ist. Nach einigen Diskussionen hatten sie dann doch ein Zimmer auf der ruhigeren Seite frei. Weil die Lage für Alleinreisende super ist, wollte ich Nächte verlängern. Die Rezeptionistin war nicht wirklich kundenorientierte. Der Preis war über ein Drittel teurer als bei Booking.com. 1 Tag später haben sie es nochmal um 50,- erhöht, weil die Hochsaison begonnen habe. Hab es letztlich direkt direkt im Hotel verlängert. Das Gespräch mit dem Perdonsl war unangenehm.

The location was ok
Be EXTREMELY cautious when booking at this hotel.
- Despite booking for 2.5 weeks in total, I was told upon arrival to move to another hotel for 2 nights, causing a lot of inconvenience. (BE very careful and mindful - your booking IS NOT secure, even though you have booked & paid)
- The hotel isn't quiet and peaceful; very noisy hotel, lots of noise and disturbances.
- Hygiene was poor they provide old dirty worn out slippers (i do not wear pre-worn slippers) robes were old and ripped, they did not offer basic products like soap (they had the dispenser in the shower but it was empty).
- They didn't honour discounts they promised, like the 20% discount at the café next door.
Overall, this hotel was a big disappointment, especially considering my previous experiences in Ubud.(I've visited Ubud 10+ times)

Ook de regendouche was uitstekend.
Dit was ons duurste hotel deze vakantie maar in de kleinste kamer. Vooral de wastafel was echt te klein.

Rooms are beautiful, clean, functional. Bed is comfortable. Aircon works perfect. Balcony facing a little garden is just nice. Location is in Ubud central. Dolce gusto is a plus.
The first night of my stay was in a room facing the street, a bit noisy for me especially in the morning (but my husband is not disturbed at all).. However the staff nicely accommodated our request to move room when it became available. Suggest the hotel provides earplugs for guests who need them. And I didnt try the swimming pool as it was under maintenance during my stay.

the rooms were large and clean
the smell from the AC was horrific. mouldy and very bad, thru showed me 3 rooms but all of the rooms were like this. they cover it up by using air freshener which makes the smell worse. I slept one night and felt suffocated and had to find an alternative place to stay. I asked for a refund they said their money is with bookings.com so they didn’t compensate. I was very very dissatisfied and upset

Beautiful room with great amenities, I was very comfortable here. The bed was very comfortable and I liked the clothes rack and balcony to let in fresh air. I would definitely stay again while in Ubud.
I didn’t have time to use the pool but it looked lovely.
Very helpful staff who refilled my water bottle for me whenever asked to save on single use plastics.
I asked for no air fresheners in my room and yet there was a whole packet tied to the back of the toilet - why do this? You’re basically just poisoning guests with chemicals and it made the room and hotel seem “cheap” to me (along with rendering me unable to breathe). A luxury hotel would never do this.
The restaurant had barely any gluten free options so I wasn’t able to dine there.

The breakfast was fine and we enjoyed it. The hotel was also very nice and the location was good. The little problem was with the weather. It was quite wet u fortunately but we really enjoyed Ubud.

I had a massage at the spa, Arni was amazing one of the best massages I’ve ever had. Afterwards could take a shower there which was super nice.
The cafe next door is also really delicious with great staff.
The room had a heavy smell, something like mold I think which was very disturbing.

Well located in the centre of Ubud - no transport needed. The staff were very welcoming and friendly. The room was very spacious and very comfortable. Everything is new and modern. The breakfast in the cafe next door was good.

The hotel and rooms were modern, clean and well kept with some nice greenery. Food, coffee and drinks at the Flock hotel restaurant next door were really great. The grounds of the hotel are not large but they have done something really great with the lobby, the pool space and the connection to the restaurant. The staff were very kind, helpful and professional, they helped with any extra arrangements and questions easily.

stylish, well located, clean, great pool
very damp room. ideally we could refill or access clean water without having to ask a member of staff. Breakfast was included but had to pay extra for oat milk in coffees each morning.

The location of the hotel and the restaurant at the hotel, same as SPA are really very good, food is amazing and the quality of SPA specialists are super. I know what I’m taking about as we have been living in Bali for 6 years, so we do understand the quality here.
The staff at the hotel is super - slow and should be trained more. Anyway I put 10 stars, but next time if I come and will be same - I’ll give 1*.
