Of all of the places we stayed during our whirlwind tour of Croatia, this was easily our favourite! Not only because Plitvice is breathtakingly beautiful, but because this property & the hosts well exceeded our expectations. Our room was perfect & we appreciated the extra thought the owners had put into the design & fit out. We arrived late after a long drive from Rijeka & the owner was very generous with their time to show us around & make us feel at home. They helped us book our visit to the National Park the following morning & gave us schnapps to unwind after our trip - thank you! The in-house breakfast was amazing & it was great to meet the rest of the hosts, we can't recommend this place enough :)

v nice and quaint room with outdoor patio to relax ; dinner was great too ..cd candlelight dinner with delicious trout. staff made every effort to make me feel comfortable .. excellent service!!

nothing .. except that i left my jacket behind but staff didn’t call me to tell me.. luckily I remembered before my driver drove further away to split .. also I wish staff didn’t smoke in the patio as the tobacco smell came into my patio as well .. so I had to go into my room and can’t relax in the patio as I will get a headache when breathing in nicotine ..

The food (dinner and breakfast) was delicious. The bed was the most comfortable of our trip throughout Croatia. The inn keeper, Dinko, and his son were so friendly and fun. Loved the home, atmosphere and company! Location inside the park was fantastic.

To Dinko and his family, we can’t thank you enough for all your hard work and dedication to making us feel welcome and extremely well looked after at your beautiful home. Nothing was too much trouble and you went out of your way to support us and all your other guests throughout ours and their stays. The decor is modern and chic, we have never stayed in a place that was so clean and well maintained, and every detail is geared towards making guests feel relaxed and comfortable. The bed maybe the most comfortable we have ever slept in. A special thank you to your cook, what an amazing lady who took the trouble to prepare different dishes for us on our extended stay. Every dish was presented beautifully and were amazing, and as all other reviews have said the desserts were out of this world! An extremely relaxed atmosphere and we thoroughly enjoyed chatting with other guests and yourselves in the evenings with a glass of local sherry or schnapps outside, listening to the nearby creek, and we look forward to coming back next year with our family, hoping to sit next to your new fire pit should you have time to build it!! What a wonderful peaceful and serene place to spend 5 nights when exploring the nearby lakes and waterfalls. A short walk takes you to the quiet entrance 3 and also several viewing points looking down into the park. Like other people have said Dinko is very knowledgeable about the parks and surrounding area, giving advice and information so we could make the most of our stay. It was such a pleasure to spend time with you and your family whilst visiting Croatia for the first time. We wish you all continued success and hope to see you soon x.

Location is amazing. Owners takes care of every detail and keep the property in excellent condition. They went above and beyond to satisfy your every need. They even surprised me with a birthday cake. A beautiful gesture. The room is very comfortable and beautifully decorated. Parking on premises. Breakfast was excellent. Fully recommend Plitvice Creek to everyone who is planning to visit the lakes.

Absolutely beautiful setting - on a bluff overlooking the creek, staff was very helpful, friendly & courteous, meals and wine were excellent - wish we could have stayed longer!

The hosts were amazing, so friendly, the rooms very comfortable and the food delicious!! It is close to the park entrance where you can start your walk.

The best location to stay for visiting Plitvice with good parking and short distance to the park! The hosts are very warm and helpful. We truly enjoyed the stay with very clean and excellently designed rooms and surrounding areas as well as delicious meals. We will recommend this to all friends!

The serenity and location

The house is exceptionally clean and cozy. The hosts were very relaxed and friendly with perfect english and knowledgable of the area. Couldnt fault it in anyway whatsoever. Perfect choice.
