Wonderful. We want a full week next year.

Perfect location to everything. The house was exactly what we needed.

The property was lovely and as expected. It was clean and everything was working well. Wifi was spotty, not sure if that is a HIlton Head issue or a property issue. Overall, no complaints.

Pros are the size and location of this home. It is set up really well with the den having a pocket door on one side and French glass doors on the other. I purchased a travel blackout curtain from Amazon that attached with suction cups worked great. Called the property manager twice and never received a reply.

Nice property stayed 2 times 2 years nice to see some updates. I would suggest a kcup coffee maker be added. We missed ours. Also Bikes were there 1st time not the second time. I counted on that and almost didn't get any because of high demand. All had great time can't beat the short walk to beach.

My family & I booked a two week MUCH needed vacation to HHI. Six of us in total. We specifically chose this property for the pool, hot tub & proximity to the beach. The house was nice enough, but for the price, we expected A LOT more!!! Upon arrival, (after a 12 hour drive) we decided to jump into the pool and enjoy the hot tub. We immediately realized the hot tub was not working, so we quickly called Dawn Roberts, the Property Manager. She was nice at first and asked us if we followed the directions given, which we had. Still nothing. She said she would get back to us. The next day we heard nothing which was initially fine because it was Sunday. We assumed we would hear back on Monday. Nothing. My FIL called her and left a message to follow up regarding the hot tub & to also inform her that the fridge handle was coming loose. No return call. Tuesday night, we sent her an email saying that we were disappointed in the lack of communication on her part & that this issue needs to be addressed. We received an email later that night from her stating that she has been in communication daily with the pool company (she never communicated this to us AT ALL) and that "it's 10:45pm and I am sweating sitting on my back deck so I can't even imagine wanting to be in a hot tub right now." How we spend out vacation is none of her business. IF someone even came out to the pool to check, we were not notified of this & the hot tub STILL did not work. We sent a video of us trying to operate the system per her instructions & nothing worked. She also never responded to that email. It wasn't until my Mother in Law sent her another email stating that her professionalism was horrendous & for what we are paying per week we expect things to be in working order and a property manager to actually manage the property. We were there an entire week with no working hot tub!!! Dawn did absolutely nothing to remedy this issue in the least bit. My in-laws ended up leaving an entire week early because they didn't enjoy their stay in a home where they weren't made to feel welcome. We spent a lot of time enjoying our friend's rental home with a workable hot tub. I called VRBO to discuss this issue. They reached out to Dawn Roberts to see what she would do to rectify this situation, she refused any sort of compensation. She also hasn't returned our items that were left behind!! We travel extensively and have NEVER been treated this way. Find another rental in HHI with less hassle!!!!!

We were SO pleased with this property! Perfect location, very clean & well kept, well stocked and comfortable! We’ve stayed in many rental properties, and with pet friendly I usually brace for the worst. This place was the best!

We had a great stay at 1 nighthawk. Had a group of women and we truly enjoyed all amenities and the house was a close as you can get to being on the beach!! Loved being in NFB. Dawn was great!

The walk to the beach is short & lovely. We didn’t want to leave. Would rent again for sure.

It’s hard not to have a great time in HH where ever you stay. A few small things. Pool was not clean when we got there. Definitely wasn’t cleaned on Wednesday. Grill didn’t work. Tank was full. Tank might’ve been bad.

We had a great week at 1 Nighthawk. It was our first time staying 4th row and not closer and were concerned about the walk to the beach, but it turned out to be super short and easy. The house was clean and pleasant, and we really enjoyed the pool and hot tub. The front porch was one of our favorite spots - we played games, read books, and enjoyed morning coffee there. The pretty trees surrounding the house gave it a lot of privacy, so you didn't notice you were directly on the N Forest main road. Communication with the property manager was great; Dawn was super responsive. We'd definitely consider again.

Great location and house was perfect for our group and family. Dawn our local contact was responsive and great to work with on any questions or issues we had. Coffee on that front porch in the morning is awesome. Wish we would have brought our four legged friend as the house would have been great for that too. We're perennial HHI North Forest Beach visitors and we can't wait for 2021 in more ways than one.

The location on google maps does not accurately place this house. it is close to the beach and that was great. However, the house is in need of better furniture and beds. The beds are so used/worn, they are concave and, although they added feather bed toppers, it does not help. The couches in the den were unusable - they smell of animal. The couches and chair in the main living room are worn and dirty. I used the bedding from the rooms to cover the couches so we could at least sit. we had another family in HH and we spent most evenings at their rental since this rental's living space was in bad condition. for the rental price, this house needs to update its bed/mattresses, living room furniture, and den.

You couldn’t ask for a better place. The walk to the beach was so easy and mostly everything was provided - wagon, chairs, boogie boards, etc

We enjoyed our stay but this house needs a serious deep clean. Some of the pickets on the rail were also broken. Probably wouldn't choose this house over another.

Dawn was wonderful and helped when we had slight issue with the pool. Some things seem a little dated in the house and could use some updates. Location was phenomenal. Landscaping could be cleaned up a bit which would help with the mosquitos and a couple rodents.

the kitchen and family room were a little small given the number of people the house can sleep. The location was wonderful...close to beach but not too close to Coligny

Pool and hot tub was great. Loved sitting on the front porch in the rocking chairs. It was close to the beach and only a short bike ride to Coligny Plaza.

the location is everything with this house. right by the beach. everything is in close proximity. house was clean when we arrived. the pool could use a bit of frequent cleaning though. bathroom showerheads need to be replaced. other then that everything in the house was perfect.

Really enjoyed our stay, great house great location !!!

Everything in the house was great except for the size of the kitchen. Difficult to prepare meals due to lack of counter space. Needs to have pot holders, and hot pads for pots and pans. Serving dishes would be a nice addition, as well. Other than these few things the house was great. Will rent again when we come back to Hilton Head in the future.

The house was very clean overall and everything worked well except for the pool and hot tub. It was quickly fixed by contacting the renting agent. Agent was quick to respond and fix our issues. We would rent again for sure. Gaines White DVM

We has a lovely stay on Hilton Head Island. We had amazing weather and a great house for our family vacation.This house has everything your family needs. And what a value for the price. We loved how close we were to everything, especially the beach! Dawn, the manager, was amazing!!! Sure, the house could use a little updating, but for the location and price, it was PERFECT!!!

This rental is close to the beach and a short bike ride into town for stores and restaurants. The house was well cleaned and had everything we needed. When we had a question about the pool the management was very quick to answer your questions.
