The pillow is not bad though.

The room is not what it shows in the picture. It's totally different! It's very noisy that maybe the sound-proofing system is not good. The air-conditioning is directly blowing to the bed and it's also super noisy. The front desk service is so slow and poor. The table and the blanket is not so clean.

Reception both in the evening and morning offered good service - helping me find the bus terminal and calling me a taxi. Enjoyed the breakfast buffet - the gentleman in charge came out to see if there was anything I wanted and brought out some eggs. If more hotels offered service like this travelling would be a better experience.

A small bugbear was the music in the bars a few doors down. This is something the hotel has no control over so it isn't a criticism of the hotel itself.

Can not use credit card if use , 15% more . The restroom is bad and there’s no invoice .
