Seaside House, huge living room opens onto elevated lawn. 2-minute walk to beach
Conejo Hill tiene una, salón muy grande de planta abierta. Hay tres alas que conducen fuera de este espacio central. Cada ala tiene su propio cuarto de baño y dormitorios. Hay cinco dormitorios con capacidad para un total de 11 (+ cama y cuna)
El lado mar de la casa tiene una terraza acristalada, para que pueda comprobar el surf en sus pijamas o disfrutar de una copa mientras contempla la puesta de sol sobre el mar. La parte trasera de la sala de estar es con paneles de madera con muebles y familiar, situado en torno a una estufa de leña.
Hay dos mesas de comedor. El mayor de los dos asientos 12 y es en la terraza con vistas al mar y la costa circundante.
El jardín es muy privado con césped en terrazas con vistas al mar. La terraza superior, junto a la casa, es bueno para juegos al aire libre, tomar el sol y comer al aire libre.
Para aquellos que disfrutan del surf, hay un jardín detrás de la casa con una ducha al aire libre caliente para cuando se llega a la playa.
Rabbit Hill está rodeada por National Trust tierra con muchas granja y senderos de la costa.
Caminar a la izquierda hasta el estuario del camello a Rock y el ferry a Padstow o caminar derecho de Pentire Point, las nalgas y disfrutar de las vistas panorámicas al océano Atlántico.
Para los suministros de las tiendas se encuentran a 10 minutos a pie a la playa.

We absolutely loved our stay at Rabbit Hill. We’ve been coming to Polzeath for many years and this house ticked all the boxes. The decor is definitely quirky but we loved that about it and the house was spotlessly clean & incredibly spacious. Also the views are beautiful and it is less than a minute’s walk to the beach. We’ll definitely be back.

A perfect stay in the perfect location
We absolutely loved our stay at Rabbit Hill. We’ve been coming to Polzeath for many years and this house ticked all the boxes. The decor is definitely quirky but we loved that about it and the house was spotlessly clean & incredibly spacious. Also the views are beautiful and it is less than a minute’s walk to the beach. We’ll definitely be back.

As many times as I have been to Rabbit Hill it never fails to restore my mental health & wellbeing through its location, it’s vibe & its uniqueness. Thank you.

Our family grew up visiting Polzeath every summer, so were keen that the next generation should discover it. Rabbit Hill was all we could have asked for - the three wings suited us exactly, the facilities were great & the way the owner looked after us was outstanding (not least as we had to defer the booking for a year because of Covid). We’ve come away with rich memories and the hope we may be able to return before too long

Interior design a little quirky! But amazing location, lovely garden, loads of space for our large family group and lots of toys to play with on the beach. Wonderful place if you are keen on surfing etc as you can check the waves from the garden. Property manger very helpful also. We had a great week!

We were lucky to choose Rabbit Hill for our short break in October (half term). The house is magical. Big enough for five children, six adults and two dogs to have lots of fun throughout the day but still cosy during cold evenings by the fire. The view from the main room was absolutely spectacular. We enjoyed morning coffees looking at the ocean. The house was very well equipped for all our needs, big garden and huge garage only add to the whole experience. The house is located few minutes walk from the beach although it's very quiet. Ideally situated for exploring nearby towns and attractions. The owner couldn't be more helpful and accommodating. We would recommend Rabbit Hill for both long and short stay. Overall very enjoyable stay and we would definitely go back.

The best bits about Rabbit Hill is the very big communal living space, the terraced lawns and privacy. No road noise just the sound of the sea. We could decide when to surf by looking out of the window and then run down in bare feet. In fact we didn't wear shoes for the whole holiday. We walked across the beach when we needed the shops. It was a truly magical! We had one wet and windy day but inside is so spacious, we could watch the rain coming towards us across the sea but at the same time lounge by the fire at the heart of the house listening to music and reading. There are loads of amazing books! The house actually comfortably sleeps 12. We will be going again. As many times as we can!
