Nuestra casa independiente está en el lado de la playa y dispone de techo nuevo de madera a dos aguas, cuarto de baño totalmente nuevo y amplia cocina.
Casa individual aislada de 190 m2 cubiertos, de dos plantas, con terraza, jardín y barbacoa.
A 5 minutos paseando de la playa de Isla de Armona.
Se incluyen: toallas de baño, sábanas y mantas.

Cocina: Acogedora y amplia cocina con grandes ventanas al exterior, equipada con mesas para 10 personas, horno nuevo, fregadero nuevo, lavadora nueva, lavavajillas nuevo, microondas, tostador, batidora, frigorífico, cafetera, utensilios de cocina, cataplana eléctrica...

Lovely place to stay, big enough for a family but there were just the two of us. Great location, a. short walk away from the beach at the far end of the strip of housing.

We loved Armona. The house is charming however full of ants and cockroaches. The electricity kept cutting out. The standard of cleanliness was terrible. The glass shower door fell off in my hand. The host didn't leave any check in instructions and wouldn't answer the phone or messages. The number on the listing works but I got through to a very rude Spanish man who hung up on me twice after shouting at me in Spanish.

As my sister said several times: a house with love in every corner.
There is no shortage of reasons to love this house: it has two incredible terraces, a huge kitchen/dining room, and two patios, one with a barbecue. It is also very close to Praia Atlântica.
The house is very complete. You can find everything you need for shopping (bags and trolleys) or even the beach. The photos are true to what is in the house. We highlight an aspect that is impossible to see in the pictures: everything you need to cook (from baking to grilling) is there.
Every detail makes you feel at home, and there are so many of them! It's a great place to return to after staying late at the beach.
WiFi works flawlessly wherever you are in the house.
Juan is an excellent host, always ready to help and, at the same time, very kind and calm.
This house is one of the best in Armona, and we will definitely be back as soon as possible.
We recommend the house and thank Juan for his friendliness and availability.

Beautiful spacious house in Paradise. Not for the faint hearted when the summer heat is at its height. Could do with ceiling fans and small upgrades to bathrooms but has to be one of the nicer houses on the island, and only a short walk to the best beach.

We had a fantastic week staying at this house. Rustic Portugese style but well equipped with washing machine, dishwasher and beach gear. Plus a kayak. Plenty of space. Thank you for having us, we hope to return.

Schönes Haus mit Dachterrasse
Das Haus ist sehr liebevoll ausgestattet und verfügt über viel Platz . Alle notwendigen Sachen sind enthalten und der Ausblick von der Dachterrasse über die Insel ist toll !
Das Schlafzimmer in der oberen Etage ist sehr schön aber leider recht heiß, eine Klimaanlage oder Deckenventilator wäre gut.
Gute Kommunikation mit dem Gastgeber und problemloser Check in.

Autêntica e muito completa
Casa espaçosa que alia autenticidade da Ilha da Armona a conforto e comodidades melhorados. Esta é uma casa que se percebe que já tem alguns anos e que passou pelo processo normal de construção da Ilha, mas que foi sucessivamente ampliada e melhorada. Localização perfeita, perto da praia oceânica e na 2ª linha do caminho central da ilha, bom equilíbrio entre tranquilidade e proximidade. Sala de jantar enorme junto a cozinha moderna, decoração com bom gosto e muitos toques pessoais, muitos extras para usufruir da estadia: grelhador, cama de rede, brinquedos e itens de praia, WiFi estável (Só a televisão portuguesa não funciona porque a antena ainda é analógica e não TDT). Dois terraços, o mais elevado com vista panorâmica sobre toda a ilha. Quer o proprietário (Juan) quer a gestora do alojamento (Lena) muito solícitos, um à distância e a outra no local. E sobretudo um ambiente muito acolhedor e muito relaxante, perfeitamente em sintonia com a "vibe" da ilha. Gostámos muito.

Wonderful 6 days at this lovely Armona residence!
This was a very relaxing and memorable week in the Algarve - our first visit to this amazing part of Portugal and it will be hard to top. The house had everything we needed and we settled in right away. The hosts are great. We enjoyed all the different spaces to hang out, and all the homey touches. Hope to come back some day!

Schönes Haus auf traumhafter Insel
Das Ferienhaus lag in Strandnähe und ein wenig zurück in zweiter Reihe vom Hauptweg zwischen Fähre und Meer. Es ist geräumig und hübsch, mit zwei großen Terrassen und Grillplatz. Alles war sehr angenehm, nur ein paar Einzelheiten waren zu bemängeln, z.B., dass der Duschkopf defekt war und einige Fliesen im Haus defekt, so dass man barfuß sehr aufpassen musste. Insgesamt aber ein super Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis.

Esta casa é espaçosa, luminosa e tem vários recantos. O terraço mais alto da casa, pareceu-nos o ponto mais alto, na ilha, para usufruir do pôr-do-sol. A localização da casa fica na zona mais tranquila da ilha, a melhor!, também pela proximidade da praia paradisíaca e do bar/ restaurante mais interessante (óptimo atum braseado e atendimento). A comunicação com o Juan e com quem trata da casa foi sempre fácil. Se não querem pegar no carro, fugir do dia-a-dia e não calçar sapatos durante uns dias, é aqui!
A melhorar: TV portuguesa, internet wi-fi e renovação de loiças e tachos. Obrigada por tudo, Juan. Recomendarei esta experiência, em pleno Portugal. Gostamos muito muito.

Nice, confortable house
Everything was perfect. The house is nice, with large living rooms, and plenty of terraces (two at ground floor, one at floor 1, plus one on the roof). The neighborhood is calm. Everything is great for a great stay. One thing to improve, for me: the quality of matresses!!

A casa é fantástica, com imensas zonas de serventia e lazer no exterior, imensas hipóteses de dormida e de espaços de refeição, e um pé direito alto, que dá amplitude à casa. Além disso, fica muito bem situada, já perto da praia oceânica, perto da Lagoa, numa ilha que é um encanto.

Localização muito boa para ir para a praia. Casa com bons espaços e condições. Muito boa cozinha e espaço de jantar interior e exterior. Relaxado e com privacidade.
Como melhorias considero apenas que a casa poderia investir em ter redes mosquiteiras em todas as janelas e portas de modo a poder "refrescar a casa". Adicionalmente uma parte do chão tem que ser reparada.

Netter Kontakt mit dem Vermieterteam.
Einfache und Problemlose Übergabe des komplett ausgestatteten sehr schönen Objekts bei an und Abreise.
So einfach ... schön ... traumhaft kann das anmieten von Objekten sein.
Einziger Wehmutstropfen ist der durch den in der Nähe Fluglärm der ab und an stört.
Trotzdem fühlten wir uns wie Zuhause und werden bestimmt wiederkommen.

A wonderful stay
We fell in love with Olhao last October and dreamt about staying on Armona. The house is comfortable with everything you need ( the kitchen is specially well provided for a good cook), very well located in between the Laguna, the "big" beach as my daughter called it.
Maria was friendly and answered all our queries promptly.
I can only recommend her house.
Just a note though, if you need to work whilst there, there is no internet/wifi in the house.
I wish this island remain a well kept secret, which makes it so charming!

Das Haus und die Lage haben uns sehr gut gefallen, wunderbar ruhig, gemütliche Einrichtung , schöne Terrasse. Nur jetzt im April war das Haus sehr ausgekühlt, und wir haben die ersten 2 Tage sehr gefroren. Wir bekamen dann Heizlüfter und einen Heizkörper, so dass es nach und nach wärmer wurde

God is in the detail... God is Love!
20 years later I returned to Armona Island. To sleep, eat, relax, nurture myself. And I returned to a house where I've never been. But it was a coming back to that house, because I felt the house like home. Every detail brings me Love, even what is missing. The decoration of the house, every animal on every corner, the resting couch, the silence, the books, music and movies, and on the top of all the terrace like a lighthouse, all that brings me back to Light... all that guided me, all that allowed me to accept my interior chaos, to Love chaos on myself and rest on all the Love that I am. I want to thank Maria Del Carmen for every detail of the house, on a house of Light. I will return to Light every time I need to heal my chaos. Sweet waters of Love will receive me, on the shore and in the house. Thank you for everything, Maria Del Carmen, thank you for every little thing that makes Life big, Maria of Light. I thank you and your husband for taking care of "my" house.

The most beautiful place, like paradise.
The house is really "local", nice, bright and you can feel there Portugal. Huge kitchen makes cooking very pleasent. Nice sleepingrooms, great location. Armona is the place which you have to see and feel like it is to live there. Close to the beach, far enough from walking road. Beautiful and quiet place. Thank you for that time.

Super Haus für Familien
Es war wirklich eines der schönsten Ferienhäuser die wir bisher hatten. Es ist sehr liebevoll ausgestattet und verfügt über viel Platz für eine Familie. Alle notwendigen Sachen sind enthalten und der Ausblick von der Terrasse ist wirklich sehr schön. Wir haben auch einige andere Häuser auf der Insel gesehen und müssen sagen, das im Preis Leistungsverhältnis dieses nichts toppt.

As good as it looks in the pictures
We had a lovely time in this beautiful house. There is loads of space in the public rooms - a smallish cosy area with two comfy couches, a good sized space with a beautiful big fireplace and a small table and chairs, as well as a huge kitchen area with a big square table and 8 chairs that's great for family meals. And that's all without the outdoor space, with table and chairs, hammock, built-in BBQ, and sunloungers on the roof area that is accessed via cute stairs and a lovely, roomy bedroom. (Higher still, there's a roof top area from where you can see for miles.) The decor is lovely with lots of cute touches and the whole house way more homely than any chain rental. We found the beds really comfy and enjoyed long lies with the window shutters keeping the light out until we wanted to let the day in.
The only negative we can think of is that hanging and drawer space is a wee bit on the tight side. The house is so roomy, though, that there was plenty space for our cases so it wasn't a big problem. Anyway, it's Armona; all you need to pack are a few pairs of shorts, some T shirts and swim wear.

Excellent.
My wife and I stayed in this three-bedroomed house last September with other members of our family. We liked it so much that we booked it again in March despite the fact that this time only the two of us were coming and we didn't need the extra space. The house has a special artistic flair about it, a charm and grace, that we really love. There is no finer compliment than a return visit: we've been twice in a few months and look forward to returning soon.
