On first impression, house looked amazing. Very quickly realised a lot was wrong with it. Including broken cupboard doors, shelves hanging off, patio doors not opening, toilet not flushing, showers not working, all skirting boards off, Rubbish under bed from previous peopletemporary floor with edges sticking up.

We had family coming from 5 cities in 3 states to spend July 4th week together and this home was the perfect fit. Plenty of room for everyone to gather together or spread out, great pool and yard area and lots of parking space. The location is great, with plenty to do within walking distance and easy access to the main roads. The property managers were very helpful, friendly and easy to contact. We would love to visit again someday!

This home was perfect for 4 sets of grandparents who visited Sarasota for the first time. Easy access to everything, town, beaches, museums, and especially St. Armand Circle that we could walk to. All the shops and restaurants right out the back gate. Excellent location. Heated pool was another plus for our group.

We spent a weak with 3 families at the property and had lots of space for everyone. The property is well located near St Armands Circle with plenty of restaurants, shopping and beach access. The management company was easy to work with and communication was great during our stay.

We booked this house on the basis of its locality, size and description. It is in a fantastic location and the agents were very helpful with cots and responses to questions, BUT, the house is one of the first wave of homes on St Armunds. That’s fine, except the interior and it’s provisions haven’t been updated or upgraded for many many years. In fact, what is there now is a mosh-mash of other let’s which added or left a bowl, pot or cup. The furniture is way beyond its best and the bedding, particularly pillows are the cheapest of the cheap. The patio furniture is very tired, in fact rusted to a point of failure and the fabric actually gave way to my slight 76 year old mother. If only the owners cared this could be a great house. Sadly, I don’t think they do. I did express these points to the agents and 5 days later, still have not received a response.

While the property is in a great location for visiting St Armand’s Circle, the house is a bit tired. Mattresses in two bedrooms were worn and toaster oven hard to use as the letters on control had worn off. Property manager was responsive to other issues but some TLC is needed

Outstanding graduation vacation
Our entire family had the greatest time. Everything your could have wanted was available. One point you might want to check is the railing next to the steps for the pool. It seemed loose.

Beautiful house
Had a great experience with this house. Walking distance to st Armand’s circle and Lido beach. Very well appointed with toys, bikes, everything for the beach. Only issue we had was size of the kitchen. Otherwise perfection.

Wonderful location, beautiful home!
The house was beautiful, had everything that we needed. Plenty of beach towels, beach chairs and toys. There were bikes to use, and even a kayak! The beds were very comfortable and we had plenty of bedding and pillows. The pool was amazing, it was warm and clean. The location was the best! We used the secret door leading out to Armands Circle, we were walking distance to all the restaurants, bars and shopping. The beach was just an 11 min walk away, went there every morning to walk the beach. Neighborhood was very nice also. Would definitely stay there again! Thanks for the great communication and the beautiful home.

Family break from cold weather
In a word Outstanding! Lots of room, well stocked with towels, beach toys, chairs, etc. Great location to St. Armonds Circle. Our adult children and 4 grandchildren had a blast. I highly recommend this place and Jennifer always responded right away to any questions or concerns. So many good things about this property. I’ve rented about 10 homes on VRBO since I retired and this was the best yet!

Fabulous
This house was fantastic! We had 11 family members ranging in ages from 6 to 67 and there was plenty of room for all of us without feeling cramped. We even had an extra bedroom. The pool was a big hit and used every day so the abundance of beach towels available were very much appreciated. All your amenities are provided and there were plenty of extras; bikes, kayak, pool toys, beach toys, umbrellas (beach and rain), 2 wagons to carry everything to the beach which was about a 10 minute walk. It is only a couple blocks away from St Armond Circle so we ate at a different restaurant each night and got our fill of shopping. As someone else stated there are 2 washers and dryers for your convenience.
I can’t say enough about the manager. Jennifer went WAY ABOVE AND BEYOND what was necessary and she was always accessible . She is the best!!
You’ll have no worries while staying in this estate.

The house was perfect
I was so happy with our stay. The house is completely stocked with absolutely anything you can think of. The bikes/beach towels/beach carts were such a nice thing to have since we were traveling via airplane for the first time as a family and didn’t have the convenience of our car to pack the things we knew we would need. I loved the location because you are so close to so many other beaches that you can pack up for a day and go experience other beaches like siesta or the longboat key area. The pool was a real winner with the kids and was very refreshing after spending all day at the beach. We will consider this house in the future since it fit our needs so well. We traveled with family and friends and every person was satisfied with the house. Thanks again for thinking of all the little things, it really made the vacation great.

Great house for Big Group!
We spent a fantastic week at The Ringling Estate, April 2021 on Lido Key. The house is a 2 block walk from St. Armand's Circle and a quick bike ride or nice walk to the beach . The house comfortably fit 4 couples and 6 kids ranging (11 to 18). The house has 6 bedrooms: all the adults had their own rooms- we put 4 girls in an upstairs bedroom/2 double beds and a bathroom and the 2 teenage boys had smaller room upstairs with a single bed with a trundle. FYI... the house has a small apartment type room off the garage with a door that goes out to the back yard and the pool If you want the most privacy and the best hot water pressure-pick that room. The master is really nice but it is an open bathroom concept and not everyone is comfortable with that. Also, note that the guest bedroom next to the master only has a 1/2 bath so the couple in that room will have to shower in another bathroom. We are a very laid back close group of friends and family so sharing bathrooms was only a little inconvenience but not an issue. Please note that the management provides you with all the toilet paper that you need because you must use a certain brand or it will cause plumbing issues. The kitchen is very well stocked with pretty much everything you need. The pool is great and it can be heated if necessary and there is plenty of outdoor seating space. There is a nice gas grill but it doesn't heat up very well so have an a cocktail and plan on a little extra cooking time. The house has everything you need for the beach including beach toys, towels, rafts, floats, beach balls and a fold up wagon to lug all your stuff to the beach. It has 5 bikes (we did have some tire and seat issues, we went to walmart and bought tubes and one of the dads replaced two inner tubes. Following that we had another flat on a different bike. So, don't count on all the bikes being functional...we also rented extra bikes from a local place that drops off and then picks up your bikes when you are done. The house has a single person kayak. It has two washers and dryers, I also noticed a stroller and a pack n play in the closet. Pretty much everything you need for a great week. The management team is awesome and responds very quickly to all your needs. We would rent again!

Excellent Property
We have been renting over 15 years and this is by far the best location and the best stocked property. It has all the beach things you will need: towels, , bikes, kayak etc. The property manager was so friendly and such a joy to work with.. We had a wonderful family vacation and would definitely rent this property again

What a Place!
The property was everything we hoped it would be. Communication with the Realtor was excellent. Any concern we had was addressed immediately and taken seriously. Great people Hope to go back again. and will rent with same Realtors.

Beautiful house, great upscale area, best vaca!
This roomy house is on a beautiful street. Backyard pool and covered area with fan provided space for card games with the kids, grill outs and endless hours in the pool. Backyard gate leads to upscale, very fun center of town with any shop you could imagine, ice cream every night. Walk or drive. Beach very close drive, white sand, lifeguard. Garage filled with five beautiful bikes, so many baby/kids necessities and toys/floats/boards for the beach. Kitchen is well stocked. Umbrellas, cards, drink insulators, sewing kit....just about anything you would have at home. Beach towels in abundance. Two washers and two dryers. The whole house was well stocked and supported our 15 person family, from babies to grandparents.

Perfect location
Our family has been coming to this property for 4 years and we have been extremely happy every time! Close to the beach, shops and restaurants. Perfect pool and covered patio for hours of outdoor fun! The owners are always very responsive and helpful. Great family vacation spot!

This house was beautiful and spacious for the 11 of us. It was super close to the circle but a longer walk to the beach than i expected, however we mostly used to pool for swimming. Only one thing that bothered me, that was that 3 of the 6 bicycles did not work properly so we had to rent some.

Couldn't be happier with the property. It was as described and met all our expectations. Ample space for the 12 of us without feeling overcrowded. Plenty of pool and beach toys available for the children, along with bicycles, beach chairs and a wagon. We had a couple minor issues that were responded to and resolved immediately. We would definitely rent this property again, thank you for the great week!

House location was great. A few "fit and finish" issues. Overall a nice experience
Most TV remotes had no batteries. Lightbulbs burnt out. Coffee maker stopped working. Mold in bathrooms was unexpected. Loose pavers around pool almost caused our grandmother to trip. Construction workers every morning next door woke us up at 7 am as they were tearing out a driveway. I understand you have no control over that. Loved the size of home and amazing location steps from circle. Next house we rent from you will be "nicer". Thank you.

Awesome!!!
Thank you to Jennifer for helping us on short notice! We were looking for a place to stay that could sleep our large group that included elderly grandparents. This home has two bedrooms on the main level that was perfect for our situation. The house is very well equipped with plenty of beach towels, bath towels and kitchen items. Even has beach chairs, toys and bikes! And the location can't be beat, just a short walk to shopping, dining and the beach! Will definitely stay again.
