La habitación era bastante espaciosa y la cama era cómoda.
Algunos puntos de limpieza (pelos en las toallas y ventilador del techo) deberían mejorarae

The Customer service was horrible. Horrible. Horrible. They were not understanding or considerate at all. I asked to cancel they didn’t allow it so I asked them to change my dates due to a storm coming and knowing that this season the storms have been quite intense at Mammoth and sometimes the roads close. Other hotels have been very understanding and accommodating. But not them. Wanted to save money but in the end regretted it. Save your self a head ache and pay a little extra and stay somewhere else!

The glass to my room fell through and glass broke all over the bathroom floor. I stepped on glass and got a couple glass wounds. I addressed these problems with the host and all that was said was that i would be put in a different room. I didn't feel that the host took into consideration the seriousness of the situation. I was able to get a refund but did leave feeling a complete lack of empathy.

no customer service. no hot water. no electricity in the bathroom
there was no hot water and no one on staff to contact for emergencies. if anything goes wrong in the room there is no staff to fix or address the problem.
the electricity in the bathroom was out as well as the refrigerator. no hot water both evening and the morning. do not stay here.

had everything we needed and was in a great location close to everything.
parking is limited. although we did not have an issue getting a spot it made us nervous if we did have to drive anywhere that we would not get a spot. however it did work out for us.

Bed were okay
Booked the room because they had breakfast... The breakfast consisted of some cereals in a box, a banana and a small bottle of juice. ah, yeah there were some sweet energy bars as well. DISGUSTING!

The place was dirty: blankets were dirty, same was the floor, especially the bathroom.
Door was broken, even if it was closing you could partly see through the door. Noisy floor: since everything is made in wood; If you stay at the first floor, you can hear everything from the rooms in the upper floor.

Location is good. Cozy lobby. Practical way of checking in without having to physically meet personnel. Good bed. I also liked the options the television had (a selection of nice series and movies you can pick from).
The promised hairdryer wasn't there. Doors were little hard to open. Shower barely had any pressure. Found a few hairs in the sink/shower that weren't ours, could be a little cleaner.

Good location good facility
Uncomfortable bed Everything else was good

The room was clean
Had a broken tile. You may want to let the guests know that the shower is in the room and is not private. Breakfast was only store bought pastries and coffee maker did not work.

The place was clean. Very clean. The thick scent of clorox came wafting through the very walls at all times. Thank god there was a window to prevent suffocation. The fridge in our room was stocked with chocolate milk, cereal and a danish. The water pressure was good and the water gets warm quickly.
The bed in our room must have been made by inexperienced child slaves in the 1930’s. It was easily the worst bed I have ever slept on in my entire life. Creaky, wobbly and structurally unstable. If anything is done, the bed frames need to be replaced. Leaving the mattress on the floor would be better.
The building is clearly quite old, and some parts of the room needed maintenance, and a fresh coat of paint needs to be applied. The floor boards were dirty, like they hadn’t been cleaned for a year or so, and the curtain for our ground level room wasn’t sufficient privacy (please add blinds)

A great lodge that was definitely worth the stay. Location was close to the North Village where the gondola's are to go up Mammoth Mtn. Just around the corner was a great bar called John's that we frequented at on the couple nights we were there.
The room was very roomy and didn't expect to get such a large bathroom. There was a big jacuzzi bath which was put to good use after a day of hiking around the area.
Staff were great, friendly and helpful. Didn't have much contact with them as there is no typical check-in desk but we did have a conversation in the corridors when we were entering the property.
There was a slight feel about a 'hostel' to the place (and I use that term loosely), it wasn't like your typical hotel as such. It didn't bother me in the slightest. I write it in case there's anyone reading this who would expect a typical hotel experience, you wouldn't get that experience here.

Always love Mammoth. Won't stay in hotel ever again for reasons below.
We decided to stay one night earlier before checking in with our other rental and friends. Unfortunately this hotel, first, the rooms are much smaller than they appear in the photos. Granted it was the only room we could find, so that explains the very costly expense for what one received - basically the same as a luxury 3 bedroom condo when booked ahead of time. The room was freezing and took a long time to warm up. Also, there were ear plugs next to the bed for noises. Not good. BUT the WORST part of our stay which as of yet has fallen on dead ears is that the portion of the room one hangs their clothing up on, is RIGHT next to the heater. There's no where else to move it. I hung my ONLY Parka I had to ski in the rest of the trip on the hanger and it was NOT touching the heater. Well, the heater was so hot, it melted a portion of my very much loved and adored and ONLY Ski Jacket. I contacted them and will most likely take them to small claims court as they could care less. But more importantly, when one sees the photos, it's a miracle that it didn't start a fire. I would guess a hotel building inspector might recommend not to have one's hangers right next to a heater when this can happen. If my jacket had been very flammable (versus melting like plastic) it would have been a seriously, dangerous situation. Based upon their mishandling of my complaints, I will never stay at this hotel every again.

Nothing but the location was close to a friend house
Black mold in the shower, used bars of soap in the shower, broken tile in the floor pinched foot and gave me a huge blood blister and couldn’t snowboard the deacons day of my trip, I was over charged them my original booking, advertised Continental breakfast but nothing but two 4 oz pjs in a mini fridge in tour room. One inch gap in the door which I noticed most rooms had gaps. Not to mention staff was triable,

No staff due to covid; "breakfast included" is boxed milk and stale packaged cereal or sweet rolls. Outside was literally trashed.
