The room and breakfast was great.
A hurricane knocked out the electricity and we had to carry our luggage down from the third floor. That also knocked out breakfast.

Miss Dee went above and beyond to make my daughter's birthday weekend special at breakfast. So extremely grateful for her and her beautiful smile.
Also the sheets were so soft!

The Staff was very accommodating on all shifts.
Wish the pool water was a little heated. Water was cold. Also, wish that hotel had a Hot Tub/Spa.

The size of the room was excellent, the breakfast was amazing… we don’t eat pork and there was plenty of other meat choices! Thanks
The elevators. ( both ) smelled like stink ass from all the dogs, I’m all for accommodating people with their pets but not at the expense of the humans in the hotel without pets! The bathrooms are too small when traveling with family. People traveling with animals should be on the bottom floor of hotels in one hallway…. Remember some people are afraid of dogs. Something to consider 😁

The beds were clean and it took no time at all the get the room warm. The kitchen was very clean and had everything I needed to keep my family comfortable.
The carpets were dirty. The buttom of my socks went brown from walking on the carpet and it made the room smell like a gym locker.

King 1 bedroom was quite large and honored our request for first floor next to door for pets. Decent array for breakfast. Surprised at additional fee for pets after prepaid. Quick on/off I-95. Clean and friendly. Kitchen with essentials and large bathroom. King bed comfy! Nice outdoor variety of seating. Pet area across parking lot. Thank you for actual cable stations!
Decor was more industrial looking but seating still was welcoming. HVAC unit cover coming off.

The $75 pet fee was a surprise. I don't remember seeing that advertised when booking the room. It only mentions charges may apply and I was expecting maybe a $25 fee, similar to what I've seen at other similar hotels.

The rooms were clean and well equipped. The staff was friendly. The breakfast was delicious and had a lot of choices.
The pillows were not very comfortable. There are not many dinner options nearby.

Excellent location iff the I95. King room was big and spacious with a kitchenette and sitting area with sofa.Room was clean, breakfast was good! Only stayed one night on my drive to Florida. Great staff!

Hotel versus work location was great. We were told stay in Savannah but found this location for more convenient.
There aren’t many good restaurants around but I am sure that that will change overtime. Savannah is still fairly close.

Customer service was the worst, rooms weren’t clean for check in time, told that it was due to short staff. Finally got in room, pillows were horrible for a king bed , bed was lumpy , shower was dirty. Nightly price was too much for what I received . When I stay in a five star hotel, I get 5 star treatment but not at this location. It lacked everything!
