The breakfast was excellent with phenomenal service.

Upon checking in, the front desk worker appeared that she didn’t know what she was doing. She had to go get a manager. The manager rectified all issues.

For us the bed was a little soft.

The rooms were very comfortable the outside of the building was not kept up very well and the front desk attendant was not particularly kind and didn’t seem to have enough information about my reservation because I was there when it was time to check in and there were no rooms cleaned and she was telling me she would have no idea when the rooms would be cleaned and she kind of acted like she really didn’t care so I think she needs to learn a little bit better customer service but all in all the rooms were in decent and the beds were very comfortable

The Shower...it was for Disable...I'm not Disable and I didn't like the shower...water everywhere.

The remote has Netflix and Amazon prime but it wasn’t available on the TV. The cable channels offered wasn’t a good selection for someone not wanting to watch only sports the entire time

I wanted a glass of wine and it was exactly 9pm and the bartenders said bar was closed. It would have taken a minute to pour a glass of wine.

On Tuesday, June 13, 2023, I stayed in this Hotel because we went to Tallahassee for a Florida State University freshman orientation. On the 14th when I went to the parking lot and started my truck, it made a very loud noise, it turned out that they had stolen the catalyst from my Toyota tacoma truck in the the hotel's parking lot. It was cut off and taken away. When I notified one of the employees, and the Sales Director came out and we spoke to him, we also called the police and it turns out that the Hotel does not have cameras in all parking areas, the item that was stolen costs $1,950 and they couldn't help me in any way, they only offered me a small discount so i could stay one night while they solved my theft, although I wouldn't stay there again even if they offered me the room free in their facilities, it really seems irresponsible of them not to have cameras or surveillance in the parking lot if they know that guests are robbed in that place. I do not recommend this hotel and is a dangerous place and it was parked near the front door.

The room was very clean, comfortable, and quiet. This was the perfect pit stop and we woke up refreshed!

It took us a little while to receive our breakfast order and it was a little too salty, but still good!

Staff was rude, breakfast was outrageous, didn’t get what we booked they brought in a rollaway bed that was uncomfortable for second bed, smell of cannabis everywhere in hotel.

I didn’t like the bed. The mattress was not comfortable at all. I turned on the bed and it felt like I fell inside a hole. My husband said he felt like he was on a waterbed.
