Very friendly host, easy communication. Spacious apartment, kitchen had everything we needed. Close to sea.

There is nothing that I could list here

The flat is spacious and has loads of room for resting and hanging around. The kitchen and the bathroom (with a washing machine) are very well equipped. The flat would also be great for a family with children - there are two additional beds in the other room. There is also TV and fans to keep you cool. The beaches right opposite the house are quite stony, but about 10 minutes walk to the left on the main street from the flat there are some lovely beaches with clear water and sand. The beaches also felt quite safe, even though they are not actually monitored and the rent chairs are really expensive. There weren't many people there either, just Italians - we loved it. There are bakeries, shops and restaurants next door - we were never left hungry (even though we are vegans). Great hosts - they were helpful and friendly at all times. We had some problems renting a car and they helped us out a lot. This flat is amazing value for money if you are looking for a quiet relaxing holiday on the sea - we are very happy we chose this property.

These are not the things that we didn't like as such, just something to be mindful of. 1. The place has no internet yet, and 3G doesn't work from inside the house. The hosts, however, said they are going to provide wifi soon. 2. The place is quite isolated (we actually chose it for that reason) - there are almost no buses in September so you absolutely have to get a car for the whole duration of the holiday (preferably online in advance). The taxis are expensive and despite the advice from the hosts we didn't rent a car so we felt stranded in Specchiolla.

We stayed only one day and everything was ok. Good for 5 people.
