Very nice apartment. Very practical, nice facilities, neat, big fridge. Most important is the host, very kind, helpful. Loukas would messaage me during the journey and check on us. So, I give a 10 for the whole experience

Really nice place for a small group or family, great view and direct beach access, brilliant location. The rental is an small apartment in a larger complex of maybe 12-16 apartments in row houses. The place is overall very good, but it should be noted that the photos make it seem slightly bigger than it is. It was tight for 3 separate adults. But overall, a great stay. - The hosts prepared a table of fruit, honey and olives to greet us, which was really nice. - They also provided towels, toiletries, a lot of paper products (napkins, towels, toilet paper etc). - The house came equipped with all the possible detergents you might need and a lot of cleaning supplies. - Washing machine works well. - The kitchen is well equipped: toasters, coffee makers, microwave, oven, stove, etc. Lots of pots and pans. Olive oil, salt, pepper and basic spices were also provided (which is amazing), as well as coffee. - The water pressure is good and there is a lot of hot water available. - The windows were fitted with nets to protect from bugs, and there are external shutters to help with maintaining temperature and low light. - The terrace has an extendable shade over it and the furniture is super comfortable. - The view is great, and there is direct access to a beautiful, nearly private and very clean beach. It's slightly rocky - but a lot of fish and other sea creatures you can observe or snorkle with. Lots of outdoor space, all of which was at our disposal because the rest of the apartment complex was empty at the time of our visit. - WiFi worked well.

- We asked for 4 sets of sheets and received two. We sorted it out though. - Photos are quite deceptive, the place is smaller than the photos would suggest, would be tight for 4 people unless everyone is staying outside all the time. - Bunk beds are shaky, really only for small children, can't be counted as adult sleeping places, and the single bed mattresses were quite uncomfortable. - A very small amount of cutlery and kitchen utensils. - Indoor furniture is a bit old, not very comfortable. - Outside of the warm season, some extra blankets would've been useful.

A great place for family vacations, a big yard, and place for the kids to play. Closed and secure, quiet and private.

We loved the location, the view, the balcony, the big garden, the quick access to the two private and “wild” beaches (with stairs for some workout). Free parking in the shadows of the trees, modest playground available, water hose available around the garden and at the house entrance for cleaning sand off the feet or putting up a kid’s pool like we did. Very helpful and accommodating host.

Below average internet connection, pretty crowded entrance with the neighbors (you can hear them outside if you sleep with an open window), the building itself is a bit old but pretty well maintained.

From start to finish this was one of the best experiences we've had with an apartment rental. Loukas, our host, is absolutely incredible at what he does. He was so warm and friendly from our first correspondence. We felt so welcomed when we arrived! A welcome present and a sparkling clean apartment + a COVID-19 disinfection attest made us and our 2 small children feel good! The apartment is spacious and outstanding equipped. It's situated in a family resort of Kosma Pigadi in a beautiful park with a playground, basketball court, very safe for children to play and there is ample shaded parking. Just the tiniest stroll down to nice secluded beaches. The view is mesmerizing and the sound of Cicadas makes it a memorable sound of a summer vacation. We had a rental car and 100s of amazing beaches of Sithonia were within 5-60 minutes drive. We visited another beach every day and went for groceries shopping to the neighboring town of Nikiti. We loved everything about our stay at Squirrels, Home with View and can't wait to return. This isn't just another vacation home. it's a place you take your family back year after year and build the most beautiful memories.
