Fantastic complex, quiet and very clean. Ideal location, a short flat walk to the main road running through PDC with a plethora of restaurants and shops. There is a large Spar almost next door to the complex. The apartment itself exceeded our expectations, fabulous shower, comfortable doubled bed, plenty of good quality towels provided. Lots of equipment provided, a real home from home. Nice sunny balcony with a view over the pool, apartment is on the first floor so there are steps but not too many. We will definitely go back.

We've stayed at Michela's a few times now & we love it! Sun trap on the balcony first thing in the morning until the afternoon & fabulous location. Its only a 5min walk to the strip & if you cross the road you have the beach. If you're thinking about a wee trip then don't hesitate

En general todo muy bien . Única pega es que hay bastantes escalones para llegar al piso y si tienes carrito de bebé cuesta un poco

My wife and I stayed for 12 memorable nights in this lovely apartment which has everything inside it to make one feel at home and want for nothing. The apartment is situated within the Atalaya complex with the Spar supermarket virtually on the doorstep and also just a short walk to the many bars and restaurants. Contact with the owner Michela was exceptional at all times and anyone wishing to rent the apartment will not be disappointed and I can fully recommend it

. Swimming pool was out of use which I was told only a couple of week before I arrived. No kettle no microwave no toaster. Lack of commutation with owner. I had to ask a clearner to ring her as there was no one there to let me in..

The apartment was fantastic, all we wanted it to be for our time in Lanzarote, everything worked well, comfortable bed, good cooking facilities, great balcony to have breakfast in the sun. Wifi was great and enough tv channels to find something to chill out to in the evening. It's location is excellent, 2 minutes from the local supermarket and 5 minutes from the main restaurant area and beaches. We would certainly book again.

Nice little apt on a friendly complex, well situated for all the bars & restaurants but far enough away that no noise is heard. Apt was overlooking the pool, which was a welcome relief as it was very hot when we were there. Maybe a little TLC is needed as it looked a little tired in places, but nonetheless we had an enjoyable time

lovely little place, has a fan so if you get a bit hot jus switch it on but also you can leave the balcony door on the latch and the bedroom windows open for some air flow, there’s a spar right next door for all your essentials and the beach is literally a 2 min walk! My girlfriend and I were a bit worried about noise as there are apartments around but surprisingly the pool was very quiet and no more than 4/5 people in it at one time and sometimes it was even only us there! Loads of stuff to do near by, plenty of ticket offices around for activity’s and some lovely restaurants around too. I highly recommend this apartment

From the initial booking my whole stay was brilliant. Excellent communication throughout. The accommodation itself was fantastic. Lovely and peaceful area. I did not use the pool so cannot comment although it looked clean with plenty of sun loungers available. Excellent base to explore Puerto Del Carmen, only a 5 minute stroll to the restaurants and shops. Very handy and well stocked Spar right next to the entrance to the apartment complex. Would definitely return.

Second time staying here & I love it! Location is excellent, you're €5 to either matagorda or the old town so bang in the middle. We were met at the entrance & taken up to the apartment.I love the pool here, never overly busy & nice depth. Large spar next door though there was no key for the side gate this time. Next door to spar is a small Italian restaurant which can do takeaway so it's handy & reasonably priced. Internet this time so definitely made a difference to us. This complex is everything we look for when we are on holiday & so we will definitely return. My daughter has booked & can't wait to arrive next week & we even managed to leave a lilo there for them. Communication, as always with Michela is 5* and that's just a few reasons as to why we I tend on returning. Thanks Michela Claire & Robert

Abbiamo soggiornato presso l'appartamento del mese di Agosto. L'appartamento è in una buona posizione a Puerto del Carmen, molto vicino a tutte le necessità quali supermercati, negozi, ristoranti. Dista circa 10 min a piedi dalla spiaggia principale di Puerto del Carmen. Al nostro arrivo ci ha accolto Ivan, il quale ci ha spiegato il funzionamento delle cose principali all'interno dell'appartamento e ci ha dato qualche consiglio su locali e ristoranti di Puerto del Carmen. Spazioso e pulito, dotato di tutto ciò che è necessario: stoviglie, asciugamani, frigo, tv, lavatrice.

The apartment was very well equipped, had everything as listed and was clean & well maintained. Complex was in a quiet area but only 5 minutes from bars & restaurants. Shops conveniently located nearby.

All the arrangements were straightforward. Apartment is very nice and well equipped. Great to have WiFi in the apartment. Double bed which I prefer and lots of storage space. Washing machine which I never used but useful for some. There are some steps to the apartment but not many and it benefits from sea views. 5 minutes walk from the Casino and the rest of the strip so ideally positioned. Complex is quiet and well maintained. One small observation, for me, is it would have been good to have a electric socket in the bedroom but not a major problem for most. All in all a great stay in a great apartment. Will definitely be back.

Really impressed with the apartment, it had all necessary facilities including a washing machine and private wifi in the apartment. The location was excellent, 10 minute drive from airport and five minute walk from the beach, the shops and bus stop. The pool was a good size and well maintained. Safe location and I would highly recommend it for a nice relaxing holiday. Will definitely return.

Casa come da descrizione, condominio tranquillo, consigliato

Fabulous little getaway that I will definitely return to. We were picked up at the airport by Daniel & it was only a short drive to the apartment. It has excellent location not far from the casino & a few minutes walk gets you to the strip. The apartment was lovely, clean with comfortable bed & nice quality bedding & towels, more pillows would have been better tho. The pool is cleaned every morning & is not overly busy although we had a few days where it was busy & noisy due to some Spanish families that like to be heard. This did not put us off as it tends to be late afternoon before they arrive. The residents that stay year round that we met were lovely & recommended places to eat etc. We did top up the internet however it didn't last very long. There was a lot of items there for our use like soap powder, sun creams, shower gels & also items in cupboards like hit choc, salt, pepper, oil etc. I will definitely return to this apartment as it has everything we looked for with fab location. I have awarded it as 4* but would have been 5 if Internet was available. Michela answered any questions I had & Daniel was available if need be. Thank you for having us, we will certainly return. "Accomodation; bed and kitchenequipment very good. Negative points: water for shower became not very hot and the appartment is very thin-walled. Aminities: internetaccess was problematic. The instructioncard says that you have to pay in supermarket or bank. We tried a lot in Puerto del Carmen without success. In Arrecife was the third Movitarshop a hit. We paid and had afterwards access for only 5 minutes.. Should be pleasant to find a bit oil en vinegar in the kitchen."

"This is just a perfect place to stay (we spent there part of our honeymoon and it was really great!) - close to the beach, close to the main street (but it's a quiet place), clean, nice swimming pool and surroundings. Friendly and kind owners. We hope to be back there one day! "A lovely and well equipped apartment situated in an important touristic town in Lanzarote although it is also quite calm. It belonged to a aparthotel complex but nowadays all the apartments are owned by some residents who are actually living there or are rent to other tourists: the result is a friendly community and in our opinion, it is warmer than to stay in a conventional hotel or aparthotel. A very pleasant, relaxing and recommendable experience."
