The condo is in a great location, very convenient to the beach, restaurants, etc. We were visiting family in the area so being in Sawgrass was a plus for us. The condo is nice, and the furnishings are comfortable. I would recommend for golfers and adult getaways a little more than for families with small children. The third bedroom is up a spiral staircase, which we didn't use because we had a small child with us. We did have contact with the owner who was very attentive to us and we appreciate that. He was very quick to respond. Overall a nice place to stay.

We had a fantastic time here. Had friends and family nearby who visited. Phil swiftly called them in to get through the gate.

Owner is super nice and very communicative. Appreciate that he lets us rent for the annual Seniorita tennis tournament for breast cancer. This was our second time staying and we enjoyed our stay again. Hoping again for years to come! Right across the street from the golf club where we were able to shuttle to the tennis courts.

The house is in an amazing location the county club is beautiful! The house is very nice could use some upgrades. The master bedroom is very nice the upstairs bedroom is nice the second bedroom is very nice and large downstairs but the mattress is horrible the appliances are just ok could use some cleaning. The backyard furniture is not usable is very dirty overall the location is amazing lots of places to eat beach and pool are very close. Great restaurants within miles

Mr Dyer was great to work with. Accommodated our Womens group for the annual SRITA tennis tournament for breast cancer. Unit is right across the street from the golf club. Although we mainly only slept there, it was a great setup for our group.

The accommodation itself was as advertised. However, it stated "oceanfront" and private beach and it was certainly neither! The ocean was a brisk 12 minute walk thru the development, across a road, through another development and across a public,not private,
access point. No bathrooms, no restaurants, no beach chairs. The description also talks about the pristine Sawgrass location and the golf courses. The Sawgrass development is beautiful, but be aware that renters cannot use any of the amenities. The townhouse is tastefully decorated, as shown, but notice there are no outdoor photos. There is no screened patio and only four chairs with no table. We were disappointed and will remember to be more aware and ask more questions next time.

Great location near Vicars Landing, where my Mom lives, and the beach. We enjoyed long walks in the morning around Sawgrass. The kitchen was well equipped for meal prep. The home was well furnished....couches and beds were very comfortable. We felt right at home in this condo.

Short walk to beach but a very nice neighborhood. We felt safe and enjoyed our stay. The homeowner was very responsive to my questions and all went very well. Thank you!!

Enjoyable two-week stay at this Sawgrass villa.
This villa feels spacious and bright with floor to ceiling windows and two tastefully furnished, very comfortable sitting areas as well as a good sized dining area with a large table. The master bedroom has a very comfortable king bed and generous closet space. The two bathrooms are on the small side, but still have everything needed. Phil was very responsive to our questions. We will definitely stay here again.

Very pleased house
The refrigerator was not very clean . It doesn’t have food disposal in sink - Found cloth in dryer …. And coffee in coffee maker- other than that it is a beautiful house.

In town for the Players
Perfect location and very comfortable property. Owner was very responsive with details for checkin etc Kitchen was well stocked. Only suggestion….might be time for an upgrade to the tv in the living room with access to plug in our own streaming device. Would definitely stay here again.

Sawgrass
We really liked the property, and the unit is beautiful. There were a few problems, which are very easy to fix.
The ceiling fixture in the bathroom by the king size bed was dirty and there is a dead lizard in it.
The key to the front door gets stuck sometimes and is very difficult to get out. We think it needs a new deadbolt.
I took the sheets off of one bed and the mattress pad was yellow. It should be replaced. I did’t see the mattress pad on the king size bed.
We did not use the outdoors in the back.
We enjoyed our visit, and the owner was very helpful.

Beautiful Villa
The interior is lovely and comfortable with lots of sunlight, due to many windows and skylights. Communication with the owner was perfect, and all questions or concerns answered promptly. It was a most enjoyable stay in a lovely gated community.

Great house and neighborhood
We enjoyed our stay. The house was clean and cute, and had a nice neighborhood. It was nice to walk or run to beach everyday. We appreciate Phil’s flexibility.

Excellent location!
Beautiful place to stay! My family and I enjoyed our stay. Two rooms with three beds, two family rooms, well stocked kitchen, laundry access, and a great location made this property a perfect choice. For the four of us. It was super clean. Definitely would stay here again.

Just a getaway for some R&R
We really enjoyed staying at this property. Very clean and the neighborhood was nice too. A little disappointed not to have access to the fitness center but I managed by going to the local YMCA. All in all it was a very nice and relaxing stay for us.

The perfect experience
This is a truly wonderful property. It is on the grounds of Sawgrass Country Club which is absolutely gorgeous. The perfect place for morning walks with so much to see. The owner has thought of everything. The beds are extremely comfortable. The kitchen has anything you could possibly want in terms of meal preparation. It shows well on the website, but we found it exceeded our expectations in person. We hope to go back to this property.

Wonderful home and location
The home is very nicely decorated with an abundance of natural light from many windows at ceiling height and floor level. The walk to the beach wasn't particularly easy for us having two children under 8 years of age. Carrying beach chairs and all the necessities was too much of a task so we purchased a temporary pass to the Cabana Club located two miles away. There is a good sized pool (10ft depth), restaurant and Ponte Vedra Beach which we enjoyed tremendously. There is not a swimming pool inside the community. The owner was very responsive to our emails and text messages. This is a lovely home in a great location close to Publix, restaurants and shopping. We would definitely stay here again.

Lovely 2 bedroom home close to the beach. Gated community. We loved it. I give it 5 Stars!!!
Well maintained property with all the convenience of home. Internet, satellite TV network, etc. My family had a wonderful time here. They (wife and kids) were doubtful because Dad found it. They were totally speechless when we got here. At the end......they were praising me!! 😆
