Main issue with with Apartment 303/"Apartamentowiec B" - listed as "See View" - "Widok na moze" - incorrect, to be precise - shall be listed as "Side see view"/ "Widok boczny widok na morze". Please revise your listing.

It's our second time in this hotel, last time we took an expensive room and we were disappointed because the staff said that the swimming pool is not working because of covid (the main reason we choose this hotel was because of the swimming pool), and when we were leaving we saw that it is working and nobody told us! Nobody was cleaning our room as well...the staff was unfriendly and not helpful. After one year we came back because the hotel owner contacted us and apologized and said that it was a misunderstanding and it was covid 19 issues. So we came back after one year. We bought expensive apartments much bigger than last time. My wife and my 5 years daughter went swimming in the pool but nobody let them in because you have to have a membership to get in!!!! And they even didn't let to pay and go in! The weather was cold so we couldn't go swim in the sea, our daughter was crying. It's such nonsense!!! Hotel with a swimming pool in the pictures but you cant use it! The staff was not helpful again. They told us to call to complain department and they said to read the terms and conditions! The room was not clean, the pillow had some strange marks on it...we didn't get any cleaning service, etc. Second time and second disappointment... Never coming back again... Also, we left our car in hotel parking and we found that somebody hit our car back and run away. Its a new car and expensive so it is really sad and of course will cost us extra money...

Construction in the next door apartament. But after talking to the reception, they stopped.

- Great localization, - Cleanliness, - Sunbeds and screens for beach provided for each apartment, - Privacy, - Modern furniture, - Very nice bathroom, - Great underground parking lot with placem assigned to rooms.

The apartment is clean and new. great location with sea view.

Tap water is weak. but, it's no problem.

Apartment 128 is well equipped. It’s supper new! Nice design. We love that place. Excellent restaurant close to the beach with excellent service! Especially one of the waiter was really helpful. This was a pleasure to spend some time and taste good food in this place with him.

I missed there just small things like salt/pepper. Check out at 10 o’clock it’s a joke. Being on holiday you need to wake up very early to make a check out before 10. Beside you check in from 15. So where is my hotel night??? Staff not the best. We park in front of the building just to leave the keys in the reception (10s) and some lady scream on us, and say we need to move right away. One day we came back from the trip and someone from the staff took our parking space in the garage.
