Excellent location if visiting on business. Easy to bars and restaurants and the conference centre. Kate is a great host, v quick with messages and info etc. We had not booked this accommodation originally... booking.com moved us here. We had been booked in a higher calibre place so nothing was quite up to expectation. However, Kate was a lovely host. The apartment is well located, parking facility is excellent. It is noisy from the road. There are some fairly "interesting" characters also in the building.

The apartment needs hooks in each room particularly the bathroom Road noise I dislike plastic mattress protectors, they seem to be in all accommodation nowadays

The building was super safe and had amazing access to downtown. Parking was simple, with options for additional paid spots nearby. The amenities were great (full kitchen, laundry, ironing, pool, gym) and it was great having all that space vs a regular hotel room.

The only downsides were that we could've used more towels and the basement where the pool and gym access are located is a little creepy (but perfectly safe!)

The location is exceptional for attending trade fairs and conventions at the Georgia World Congress Center. The building is really safe with a door man 24/24. The host is really helpful and kind

The gym is not for free but the host payed it for mr.

The location was great. The building was secure the staff was friendly.

The property itself was great. It was a tad loud, not sure if it was trash day.

Excellent Location within easy distance of downtown ATL,, the Mercedes Benz stadium , museums and other tourist stops. Building very safe as there is loads of cctv outside with a concierge on duty 24/7. next to one of the university sites so traffic could be worse in "term time" but the week before xmas it was deathly. If we ever have to RTN to ATL will certainly look at availability again.

strange layout compared to other Condo's we have stayed in but perfectly functional, loved that it had a washing machine & dryer so that certainly helped in the 2nd week of the holiday.
