Had to ask for A/C controller as not in room.

Lovely village.

Friendly welcome and simple check-in, lovely room - nicely furnished with great bathroom, air con very welcome, beautiful location.

Wifi very weak in our room (at opposite end of hotel to reception), but worked well elsewhere. Public bins located outside of the property but very close to windows of some rooms - a bit of a smell when we opened the balcony.

The staff were extremely helpful.

Very nice and typical basque townhouse, right in the center of the village. Modern amenities and both room and bathroom were large and very comfortable. Loved the stone walls in the room and the view of the mountains. The plus, is definitely the excellent gastronomic restaurant downstairs, Mimosa. Separate owners but work hand in hand with the hotel. will definitely go back.

Breakfast was fresh and delicious

Large comfy rooms and bathrooms. All mod cons. A/C noiseless, which is a big plus. French breakfast with baguette, croissant, butter, jam and yoghurt. Small breakfast room. Very friendly staff.

No reception after 8pm but there's a number you can call in case there's a problem. We checked in after 8pm and the key that was left for us didn't open the front door to the hotel. Another guest opened the door with her key and let us in. Problem was solved the next morning at the reception desk.
