We were very happy with our stay in this comfortable home! The pre trip communication was fantastic and the home was clean, roomy and exactly what we needed for our trip to FL! The home included some necessary trip needs that you don't want to travel with by plane (beach towels, chairs, etc). The location was great for access to shopping and the beach. We would definitely book another stay here!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the “Casa”. Clean, comfortable, well stocked and well located, enjoyed our walks and runs in the neighborhood to the beach. The saltwater pool was great daily fun for our granddaughter and for us. Great dinners, local golf and visit to the Southwest conservancy.

Nice property, very good price to amenity ratio
First the pool is small. The picture was very well taken but be prepared for a roughly 12x12 pool. Perfect for getting wet and staying cool. Perfect for young children. Not ideal for big kids playing games or lap swimming. The covered area near the pool made watching the kids from the comfort of shade very enjoyable.
Other than that little surprise the home was near perfect for our family. Unlike other homes we have stayed in the house came with many extras that were appreciated. Spices, some non-perishable foods, copious beach supplies/toys, ...
The neighborhood is fine, nothing like the mega-homes you see as you drive through Naples, but for the price it's exactly what you would expect. There was a significant amount of home remodel construction throughout the neighborhood. That noise wasn't ideal but there's nothing the host can do about it. If you need complete silence a secluded home would be a better fit.
The home only has two televisions, one in the master and one in the common space. It would have been nice to have a small set in another bedroom and one outside near the pool, but certainly not critical.
Check-out was the easiest we've ever had, near zero choirs to do at the last minute.

Great place. We were disappointed on the size of the pool, we expected it to be bigger based on the pictures. Extremely clean and all the supplies and dishes anyone would need.

Great week in Naples. House was great, had everything you need to enjoy a perfect week. Location was great for Restaurants, Beach, Grocery, Etc. House came with extras that made it easy, Kitchen items, laundry, cleaning, coffee filters. They thought of it all. Highly Recommend.

Our family had a wonderfully stay! The house is in a great location (between beach and every store you could ever need, big, clean, and comfortable. Master bedroom is very large. Pool was plenty big for 4-6 people. Only suggestion is to add bedside tables in bedrooms and additional rugs to reduce risk of slipping from the backyard. Doing something to minimize echo in the living space would also help.

Fabulous home and Property Managers
Easy to rent and the information on check in and out were very easy. House was very clean, comfortable and a great place to stay. Caroline was very responsive and we did not have any issues with the home. Close to the beach, shopping and restaurants. Pool was very nice as well as showers, beds and all the amenities.

Great family getaway
This was a great property for our family. Amenities were great and the pool was very nice. Well stocked in the kitchen to allow us to prepare all our meal needs. A few of the beds squeak a little when you turnover at night, but very comfortable accommodations. Highly recommend.

Lovely and Inviting Home
Loved our stay. What a beautiful home. Had everything we needed. Pool is lovely. Rooms are huge. Plenty of bedrooms and baths. Close to the beach and to shopping and church. Would love to book again.

Clean, well stocked, roomy, nice pool.
Organized and VRBO kept us up to date. Kitchen had everything we needed. Nice bikes, roomy and very clean and beautifully appointed. Walk to beach. Lots of towels and paper goods. Everything was great and we would come back to that house.

Relaxing Stay
The house was well equipped. Everything we needed was included. The kitchen and dining area can easily accommodate a family vacation. It was also great to have the beach toys and towels available and the two bicycles as well.
The house is in a quiet neighborhood and located near everything you need.

Family getaway
The property itself is wonderful, very spacious and the kitchen has everything you need, from utensils to garbage bags. The beds and pillows are very comfortable. However the AC kept changing even when we set it up to a certain number, we were told someone had remote access to it, which was very annoying, it would get very hot during the day as they would set it up to the 80's. The property itself is not the cleanest, we found two little dead rats inside the pool, as well as frogs and some dead worms inside the property. We were very disappointed because the property itself is beautiful and spacious but the cleanliness definitively needs to improve. I do have to mention the property management dealt with this situation very well. I'm very impress by the way the handle this for us. Kudos to Turnkey!

Great space for large family
We rented this property for 6 adults and came to Naples for a family function. The space was great for a large family to gather in the open living/kitchen space. The pool was awesome and also very clean. Neighborhood was quiet. The beds were comfortable. Over all a great house. We had only a few issues, the coffee maker had tiny spiders in the tank so we were unable to use it and had to go to dunks for coffee in the am. One of the beds had a few stains on the comforter and the outdoor grill was very dirty, we had to let it burn off which created a lot of smoke. Also we had to strip the beds before leaving (not a problem) but with a cleaning fee we did not think that should be required. These issues would not hold me back from renting again as they are easily fixable.

We loved this home for our family get away!
This home was perfect for our family vacation! The location is fantastic, less than a mile to the beach and so close to great restaurants and activities. It was immaculately clean, with a great layout, airy high ceilings and upscale decor. My girls enjoyed family movie night on the GIANT tv, and loved having their own pool and waterfall. We loved having the option to stay home and grill or dine out. I also loved sitting out by the pool with the waterfall and a good book while the kids played in the water. I would highly recommend this home. For less than the price of a single upscale hotel room, you can have a whole home, with room to gather or plenty of space to get peace and quiet. Perfect. Nice (4) Bed home close to beach
I love this area. It's close to Vanderbilt Beach. We rented bikes from Naples Cyclery and rode to the beach each day. There's ample shopping and dining at Mercato and a Trader Joe's and Whole Foods close by as well.
The home was perfect for (2) families with (6) total. Each of us had our own room with (2) kids in the twin beds. It was private and quiet. The patio was nice to enjoy meals outside. The home is clean and contains the amenities you'd want: soap, toilet paper, beach towels and chairs, kitchen equipment etc.
We needed some extra supplies and they were very responsive and dropped off that day.
All in all, good visit.

Definitely Coming Back!!!
The house was very clean! The photos are very accurate. The mattresses were comfortable and the kitchen fully supplied. We really enjoyed being so close to Wiggins beach and we appreciated the home having beach chairs. Cannot wait to return!! This will be the only place we stay at when we come back to Naples!

I really enjoyed my stay at this rental property! The house was spacious and I appreciate how clean it was kept! All the things I would expect a rental property to have (ie. towels, kitchen utensils, beach chairs) this property had. The house is in the perfect location! So many things (restaurants, shopping, airport, beach) are just a short drive away! I would definitely recommend this house to my friends and family and I hope to be back in the future!

Great place to stay in Naples.
Excellent house with great amenities. Nice neighborhood with good shopping close by. We had 7 adults and there was plenty of room to socialize. Would return next trip to Naples.

Nice home, could use some work, but not young children friendly
This home was nice and was close to the area we wanted to be. However, we did not feel this house was very family friendly. There were multiple glass tables with sharp edges that were definitely a hazard with a baby and toddler. There were also numerous breakable decorations that we felt were not something to have in a house you are renting out. Upon arriving to the house we discovered that the toilet seat in the master bath was not attached properly, so we had to fix that. The towel rack was also not properly attached. The pool area didn’t have much room to sit around. The sliding door to the patio and pool area was all but impossible to move. Numerous times we had to use the access through the master bedroom to get to the pool. The front bedroom was extremely cold and was not able to be used. There were also stained towels, which we felt was a little gross. All in all, the house was a decent place to stay, but we wouldn’t be booking this home again in the future.

Home Away From Home
Wow! What a beautiful home. I took my family to Naples during the last week of October and stayed at this amazing house. It's very clean, spacious, has all of the amenities and it definitely makes you feel as if you are at home. In fact, my family calls it our home away from home. The location is close to the beach and I was able to go to the beach with my family after I played golf in the morning. There are some very nice and affordable golf courses near the property. I played at four different courses and all of them were nice and challenging. If you are a golfer, this location is in the middle of it all. There are also some very nice restaurants downtown. If you don't want to go out for dinner, you can cook inside or use the grill on the patio. For night time relaxation, the kids hung out at the in the pool.
If you are visiting the Naples area, this is a must stay place. I highly recommend it. We will be back on an annual basis.

Location, Location, Location
I brought my family there for a long weekend October19-21st. Wow 1 mile from great beach access, great restaurants and shopping in under 5 and some of the best golf courses around. Also, the pool was very nice and we spent a lot of time by the pool. We are definitely coming back!

Wonderful vacation home!
We had a great stay, and the location is very convenient. Even close to a movie theater for rainy days! We appreciated the beach supplies- chairs, towels, and cooler. This property easily accommodates a large group. The pool area is very relaxing, quiet and private. I would recommend this home to anyone staying in Naples.

Great vacation home! It was very spacious for our large group. It was clean, comfortable, and furnished nicely. The location is perfect, so close to the beach! I wish we could have stayed longer, but I know where I will stay when I return to Naples. Thanks for sharing your lovely home!
