Quietness

Top of steep hill, nowhere to eat, no grocery stores, very small apartment. I felt like a mountain goat.

Too tiny, directly under the roof which Was Hot and tiny. No kitchen Things like towel.

it’s not good not bad it’s normal but some stuff are incomplete like there has no knife to cut veg or meat the electric water put is not working😀

The location is perfect, once you understand how to reach it (and it is not easy). The location is perfect if you visit the upper part of the town. The room is clean as the bathroom. The bed is comfortable

Ask for a low floor if you have luggages because the stairs are very unpractical and there are no lifts. Parking could be very difficult and you need to be lucky to find it. There are no restaurants in the area and you need to go downtown. Maybe better to avoid the glass contenitor of soap

For our one night stay this met all our needs.

I loved the location near the university Great shower Bright and airy as well as access to fridge kettle and microwave

Unfortunately it was freshers week so really noisy as a restaurant opposite not their fault

Modern, clean and well maintained room in a great location near the University

One lamp was flickering and no toilet paper at arrival (not really dislikes, but I wanted to mention it)

The air conditioner condenser when air was on made an annoying motor running sound every 20 seconds. I wore earplugs and headset and still could hear. Ist night didn't sleep much. 2nd night, we got the apartment very cold, shut air off. That worked until we could hear the neighbors around 3am.

My room (40) had a broken key lockbox, and broken handle. The key was just left in the lock for when i got there. I didnt feel comfortable until I had a good look around because it was right next to the entrance for the entire building.

Very nice, helpful and friendly staff. All my extra wishes have been fulfilled. Great location.

During a week-long stay, the studio was not cleaned once. Fridge was full of ice, walls definitly need some painting.

The location was perfect for me, as I needed to commute to the university every day. The kitchenette was also very well equipped with a stovetop, mini fridge and sink, and the room was clean and comfortable.

The booking listing advertises soundproof rooms and daily housekeeping, neither of which are true. I could hear entire conversations from all of my neighbors from inside my room, as well as people going up and down the stairs, and the housekeeping team only came once in my six-night stay to make the bed, empty the trash bins and switch some (not all) of the towels, they didn't even sweep the floor or do any sort of cleaning. The wifi is freely available, but it is very weak and rarely works. Furthermore, there is a symbolic bell at the university that rings every 15 minutes from 7am to midnight, which can be loud and irritating. Lastly, because there are no curtains and the windows in my room were at eye level with the street, I had to keep the shutters closed to avoid people looking in from the outside.

Close to the sights (library), good directions from the staff on where to park and how to enter the room. Easy check-in with a code for the front door. Modern decoration.

No hot water after one of us took a shower. Alerted the staff and they said we just have to wait 20 minutes before you can use the hot water again; however this didnt work for us. No soundproofing of the house, you could hear everything in the apartment (could literally hear the conversation of the girl next too us when I was in the bathroom) and outside. Small bathroom, however not inconvenient. Very small tv.

Liked the heater, the location, the bed was very comfortable, and really liked that there was no staff, you just had to enter and go to your room. It was a great stay

I was a little bit confused on the code to open the front door, but I eventually got it, I didn't understood well at the first time. When I was taking a bath in the morning, the water went completely cold after not a long time, but I'm not sure if it's normal or if I was just unlucky
