Nice grounds

If you can’t drink the tap water you should provide water, my friend was ill and had to go to the bar every time she wanted water, and they would only give her a small glass and not allow her to have the bottle. The staff were rude, we were looking for food but didn’t want to pay €40 each for a buffet but they didn’t give us any recommendations or any help whatsoever just said all they could offer was the buffet. Some team were nice, like when we arrived and the breakfast team however they did lack some professionalism

Hotel is in a great location, with good facilities and great bus transfer service in to town (or a slightly treacherous walk of about 20 mins). It’s odd that the bus to town stops between 5pm and 8:30pm though. The room was comfortable.

No where on the advertisement for this hotel does it state that it is primarily an “all inclusive” vacation experience, almost exclusively for British tourists. As we booked last minute due to flight cancellations requiring a change of destination, And paid top dollar, it was disappointing that there was no option to opt in for all inclusive access and were made to wear a festival style bracelet so staff knew we needed to pay for every small extra and at times felt treated like second class citizens. This is despite paying significantly more per night than those on an all inclusive trip. I’d recommend this place for older British couples and no one else.

My favorite where the cold tubs, the bean bag beds are so comfortable . All the staff where so helpful and Friendly. Bed was comfortable Also the best coffee I've even drank

Pool bar staff lady was on her own all day, and it was very busy. She was amazing great at making drinks and keeping the line down ,but you could tell she was under pressure .hopefully she will have a team member to help her

The pool was excellent! It was a great way to relax however we expected it to remain open beyond 6pm and we’re surprised to be kicked out as we wanted to chill after a long day of driving.

The food was TERRIBLE. It appeared that food that was not eaten the previous day or days was put out for the rest of the week. Cheese had gone hard or grey, the pastries were dry, the fruit was mouldy, the vending machine coffee wasn’t coffee… We were extremely disappointed with the food, especially breakfast and chose to eat our meals elsewhere. Our first night after driving 8 hours was horrible, as we were not part of the tour group and didn’t know we were booking at an all inclusive we didn’t know there would be hotel shaking entertainment until 11pm. As our room was above the lobby it seemed as if the entertainment was in our room along with the many guests singing along. When we asked to change rooms we had to wait an additional night or two for any resolution. Advertising that this is an all inclusive would be helpful for outside guests in future to know what to expect.

Nice size rooms and the property appears to be on the fringe of Sorrento so not overly crowded.

There is little soundproofing between rooms and I was woken by the person next door having a long phone conversation after midnight.

Fantastic stay at Atlantic palace. Staff were brilliant! Any request we had was catered for. Rooms were very clean and the pool was great to have after some busy days of travelling around the Amalfi coast
