There are little frog jumping around the bathroom. Also, I was asking for a kettle and a tea cup, and they told me the restaurant is closed so they cannot get it for me. But even after when it was open, they seems like not care at all. The food is mediocre the most. And street cats are everywhere, I understand some people think it's cute, but not when they constantly want to jump on the table and touch your food, I felt scared and disturbing when I'm eating alone. And the property didn't do anything about it.

The bungalow size was a large enough room for a family

The pool was dirty, the restaurants are closed most of the time, no room service unless it’s very short small specific hours, the receptionist is not very friendly or helpful and they could use more staff.

The room was nice, comfortable beds. Excellent huge breakfast.

It was a bit far from Chefchauen, we were the only guests were there which is a pity because the resort has a lot of potential. The staff was reduced to a minimum and the pool facilities were not really taken care of

I liked the receptionist Mariyam but nothing else in the facility could not be disliked. The breakfast in Ramadan is futoor all over Morocco and given at the end of the fasting in the evening and the facility does not have a kitchen open for fresh breakfast in the mornings as early as 4am when people wake up to eat. Instead, this facility didn't provide breakfast in the morning and charged 1600 dirhams for the futoor or breakfast which was supposed to be included. The manager who comes in the mornings doesn't really care

Mariyam the receptionist was excellent and compassionate but the manager guy who comes in the morning is horrible. The bathroom stank like a dead animal and stank up the whole room, the hotel is really far from Chef Chouen and booking.com is also at fault for this misrepresentation. Wild cats roamed the floors and wild dogs barked outside ferociously all night long. Its a spooky, scary and unsafe place

Cold welcoming, Not the Moroccans hospitality you used to get in other places, the staff excluding the waiter are not friendly to Moroccans as they're to foreigners.

The staff was very helpfull

The water was not warm in the shower, heating system wasn't worked properly, the bed was uncomfortable, the location about 10-13km from the city center.

Bed was comfortable and the food produced by the chef is tasty and plentiful. The location was close enough to Chefchaouene that we could explore the town and then escape for peace and quiet.

Very little effort to inform guests of the dinner situation given there are no alternatives within walking distance. For two nights there was a buffet if you wanted to eat dinner sitting in your coat, the next night was a 5 course new years eve meal that we were not prepared for, particularly at three times the buffet price. Service was sloppy - one day our rooms were not cleaned despite requesting they were ( the showers were badly designed so the bathroom floor needed mopping after each use) and the night of the 5 course meal we were seated away from most other guests who were part of the same group but then had to request each plate was removed after long waits. Outside of meal times it felt inconvenient to ask for drinks etc. despite there being a lovely terrace to sit on. There were some exercise machines in a room in the gardens but the room was damp and the equipment dirty. The minibar in the room is essentially a light. Was there a spa?
