We had a great stay. Open style layout of living space was great for gathering, well-spaced bedrooms with comfortable beds and all around nice furnishings. The house is surrounded by lovely plantings, has a great fire pit area and the hot tub is a really nice to have to relax in the evening. Location a block from the beach in a quiet area is perfect, and a number of beach chairs were available for our use which was a nice touch. All in all a well-appointed and lovely house and a terrific stay.

The house and property are stunning. Dog friendly, and only 1 block from the beach! Those who don't like the sand can stay at the house and relax in the sun or shade. The hot tub is an added bonus. A very short drive to Rehoboth boardwalk, and central to many attractions. Would love to stay here again next year. Thank you!!!

We had an exceptional experience staying in this beautiful home! It's just a short 2-minute walk to the ocean, and the neighborhood is incredibly quiet and serene. We brought our dog along, and the fenced backyard was perfect for him. The house was impeccably clean and welcoming, and communication with the host was excellent. We encountered no issues during our stay and will definitely choose this place again on our next visit to the area.

We loved the floor plan and bright decor of this house. The location was a perfect to walk to the beach, Dewey or Rehoboth. Very quiet neighborhood, for sleeping, too. We will definitely come back again.

We loved our stay (two adults and our dog). There is plenty of room for a family or multiple couples. The home is exactly as pictured, beautifully decorated, comfortable and warm. The bedrooms and living space are very comfortable, and the open floorplan and kitchen are great. We enjoyed the hot tub in the evenings and were able to go to the beach every day (juat across the street). The location is a great neighborhood just outside of Dewey. Probably a 10 min walk to Dewey and a 25 min walk to the main strip in Rehoboth. We loved it and would definitely stay again, and bring family or friends! The hosts were very communicative and helpful, provided all the details we needed before, during and after our stay!

Thanks for such a wonderful place to enjoy a girls getaway weekend! We’ve been a fan of this neighborhood for a few years and have stayed in other, similar homes. We appreciated the open plan for the kitchen/dining/living area, which made it super easy to be social while prepping meals. We imagine how much more lovely it is when you can also enjoy the side yard and fire pit. We also love the location—an easy walk to downtown Rehoboth and just a block from the ocean. Everything was perfect! Would definitely stay again!

Amazing location and classic Dewey vibe in this perfect home. 9 of us in all (plus one pup) thoroughly enjoyed all the amenities of the home and proximity to the Carolina beach. We enjoyed the deck and gorgeous landscaping each night. The communication was so responsive for the few questions we had. A+++.

If there was anything that we would have wanted differently, is that the front porch wood patio needs a good power washing- But other than that we had a great stay and are looking to book for next year! Host was super helpful communicating to accommodate toddler also.

We enjoyed the stay but underwhelmed by the accommodations. We've never had to rent linens and towels before. At the nightly rate we anticipated the house to be fully equipped. It was also our first and will be our last visit to Rehoboth. We anticipated a slightly more upscale environment and were very disappointed in the food scene.

The house is beautifully decorated, well stocked and extremely comfortable, feeling more like a true home than a vacation rental. The beds were great as were the bathrooms. We really loved it. The very close proximity to the beach was the icing on the cake. Jordan, the property manager, is unbelievably quick to respond, as well. We hope to return at some point in the future!

Just what the doctor ordered. Spent a lovely birthday week-end. The house is just as shown in pictures—fabulous. Spacious, well laid out / equipped / stocked, comfy and cozy. Definitely a zen feel. You can be active (it’s a block from beach) or just relax indoors. Property Mgmt was super easy to deal with. Great all-around stay.

We had a lovely stay at Sweet Caroline! The home was relaxed and comfortable and had lots of amenities. Only a short walk to the beach which we loved especially since we had an infant and dog in our group. Only downside was the central AC was out. There were window units which helped but not ideal. Property manager was extremely easy to work with. We'd definitely go back! Thanks for a great week!

We loved our stay in Rehobooth. This house was the perfect size and location for our group of 4 adults and 3 young boys and a dog! The beach was so close which was great for running home for snacks and dog walks. The house was so clean and truly felt like home. It had everything you would need. The kitchen was so well stocked with everything you would need to cook while you stayed. The bedrooms were all spacious and beds were very comfortable. The open concept and high ceilings made it feel so spacious. Just a wonderful home.

What a great place to spend a relaxing week. The wide beach is a block away and the cottage is a wonderful setting to wind down as a family in the evening to share a meal, play games, watch a movie. Layout is great for interacting and then retiring to quiet private bedrooms. Decor is beautiful. Hot tub is a nice bonus

We had a terrific time staying at this property. It was larger than we expected so there was plenty of space for us to spread out. It was a great location with a good sized yard, which was great for our dog. The home was modern and had everything we'd need to relax after a tough day at the beach. Highly recommended and we'll be back.

Exceeded Expectations
This property looked wonderful online. It's hard to believe that in person it could even be more wonderful, but it was! It was beautifully appointed, restful, peaceful, comfortable and one block to the beach! It's wonderful the owner accepted dogs. We took our pooch with us and enjoyed taking her on the beach prior to 9:30a.m. and after 5:30pm. I am accustomed to having some type of binder with information about the property and nearby eateries, attractions, etc. so I did miss having that. The property manager was available by phone when I had a question. We were all thoroughly delighted with our visit to Sweet Caroline.
