Large 7 Bedroom Home in the Heart of Dutch Country--perfect for large groups
Este antiguo bed & breakfast es el hogar perfecto para albergar una gran familia, retiro de parejas o un equipo deportivo con siete dormitorios y ocho baños completos. Great space for a large group! Lots of room for our family that came to town for our son’s wedding. Three rooms on the main level which is nice for those which limited mobility. Thank you!

The house is older but it was clean and it was great to have the beds and baths to easily accommodate a large group where everyone has their own bath! While it was a bit humid throughout, the window units helped a bit, especially at night.
We appreciated the well stocked kitchen which had basic spices, plenty of K-cups, lots of silverware and dish ware, and a very nice set of cookware. The owners also provided plenty of trash bags, paper towels, tissues in every room, and travel size bath amenities.
The washer and dryer were convenient and there was plenty of detergent and dryer sheets provided.
The basement is nicely finished and provides a great indoor play area. The backyard is very peaceful and has a large yard as a play area and a swing set for little ones.
While the house does sit on Old Philadelphia Pike, which is very busy, the driveway is at the traffic light and there is a green light to exit which made it very easy to get in and out.
Overall, a very comfortable home with lots of space, plenty of bathrooms, and conveniently located to see all of the sights in the Lancaster vicinity.

Beautiful huge home, every bedroom had its own full bathroom ,very clean And close everywhere our interest was hersheypark but there’s a lot to see, just keep in mind everything it’s closed on Sunday meaning stores if you like to shop

Lovely property, inside and out. Loved the “every room has its own bath concept”. So many spaces to gather for chat times. Very clean and comfy. The only negative was some of the room air conditioners were super loud making it difficult to sleep soundly. Other than that it was picture perfect.

The house is perfectly situated and immaculately clean. The back yard is a little slice of heaven and you can tell it’s been lovingly taken care of for many years. There was ample space for our family to hang out and play games and enough privacy to steal some quiet time too. We would absolutely recommend this beautiful house and lovely host and hostess. 11 women came to see what Lancaster was all about. We took a tour from Plain And Fancy which gave them a view of Amish Country, Strasburg RR. Also got to see the beautiful countryside and enjoy the food at Katie’s Kitchen. Bird-in-hand bakery was great for desert. As for the house, everthing was great 11 women, no waiting on bathroom time. The house is beautiful and enough room for all. Thank you so much. We had fun❣️❣️❣️

This is the best place we've stayed as a group of friends. Everyone gets their own room and private bath. Owner was communicative and accommodating to our requests. Definitely will be back.

We were most attracted to this property because the bedrooms each had their own bathroom. The location was great as we were going to Sight and Sound Theater, Miller’s Smorgasbord and downtown Lancaster. There was plenty of room for cards/games. The kitchen had everything we needed. Would love to stay here again. Would have liked some hooks in the bathroom to hang towels etc in.

We loved the out door seating area.
Even though it was on a Very busy roadway, when you stepped out the back door to the patio, you are in your own little world~!~
We sat out front and watched the horses and buggies go by, and just people watched and waved at the little ones in the buggies.
We were perfect distance to "EVERYTHING".
Our favorite store to get groceries was moments away, Aldies.
We loved the 8 bathrooms for 9 ladies. 7 bedrooms worked out perfect for us!! I loved having my own bedroom and bathroom.
We have already decided we will stay again if we decide to go see Noah next year at Sight and Sound.
Now for the only thing we didn't care for was the "odor"others spoke about. I cant put my finger on it but it was there. After an hour or so we got used to it but it never went away. It was not for lack of cleaning because this house was very clean, neat, and we totally felt at home as we had Bible study in the mornings and Ran all day..... We didn't lack anything as far as supplies.

Had one small issue with door unlocking and called the number provided on the email and within 2 mins or less the property manager arrived and fixed the problem. Overall great house for 11 adults and 3 kids to stay with plenty of room for everyone.

Beautiful house and location, with a beautiful outdoor area, plenty of bedrooms and bathrooms for the group of 14 adults. The living room is large enough to accommodate large groups of people at the time. There was enough chairs to sit us all. The kitchen was well stocked with the basics and cookware. Coffee machines was also good enough, so we almost did not use coffee that we bought with us.
One negative point - is a musty damp smell that has permeated the whole house.
They is the only negative point for us, when we consider another stay in this house.
This home needs some maintenance!
In general, All was great! The owner was available instantly for any questions that we had. Great people! Thank you for all!

We plan to stay here again. The property does need some maintenance to make it shine particularly outside. Overall, we loved our visit. The three bedrooms on the main floor worked great for elderly ladies who are unable to go up stairs. The master bedroom has a soaker tub, but no shower, so the guests staying in that room used a shower in a different bedroom. The large living room and dining area are all one room allowing lots of fellowship of the 11 ladies in our group. Great property!!

Our stay was perfect and we plan on returning. Having seven bedrooms with seven bathrooms was exactly what we hoped for. The house was clean, well organized, we appreciated the supply of paper products, linens & towels. When the coffee maker did not work another was supplied quickly. We were seven grandma’s coming for a re-union and there was plenty of parking, plenty of room in the house and family room was large comfortable and great for our card games and mahjong. Perfect!!!

Pros: This is a gorgeous property! Beautiful house and lawn, with a beautiful outdoor area and plenty of bedrooms and bathrooms for our group of 14 older senior siblings and spouses. Seating was plentiful for meals and socializing and the kitchen was well stocked with the basics and cookware. This is a perfect location for visiting Lancaster County. There were plenty of linens as well.
Cons: There is a musty damp smell that has permeated the whole house. There is no central air upstairs, only window units in the bedrooms which are not adequate to cool or dehumidify the area upstairs. The towels and washcloths never dry and have that musty smell as well once wet.
This home needs some maintenance: The dishwasher is evidently not level and, whenever the door is opened, the top basket comes sliding out, whether it is empty or full.
Neither the fan nor the heat lamp was working in my bathroom, only the light over the sink. (I didn’t check the other bedrooms)
Some of the seat cushions in the dining room chairs need updating. This is a beautiful set and we spent a lot of time eating and talking around this table…just the seats have gotten a little soft.
This house and location were perfect for us…but the musty smell would have to be gone for is to consider another stay.

The house was perfect for our group. Everyone was happy to have their own private bathroom within their room. The living room and dining room were large enough to accommodate our group of 12 adults and 1 child. Will be booking again next year!

My family and I had an amazing time at this beautiful home in Smoketown. Everything advertised was on point, and then some. Rooms were warm and welcoming, the kitchen, well-stocked, and the entire house was immaculate. We loved the quaint touches to make this house feel very much like “home”. We overall enjoyed the stay here. Three families stayed all with children and each room has their own bathroom which was amazing for us! Our only complaint was the musty smell in the bedrooms, it got a bit damp with the window air conditioner units on. Other than that the location was unmatched, 8 minutes from Dutch Wonderland, many restaurants and grocery stores. It is set off of a main road. You can see the horse and buggies from the front windows. Thank you for sharing your home!

This is the third year we have stayed in this house. The house is always clean and the host is always easy to reach and ready to accommodate any specific needs we may have. The roomy basement is perfect for our sewing projects. We also enjoy the large dining room and living room for socializing. I can't say enough about this beautiful home. All seven of us had a wonderful time and will definitely book again.

There was a group of 11 women that stayed here. We had a wonderful time! We all had plenty of space. We went to Sight and Sound Theater, Tanger Outlet, Visited quaint little shops and covered bridges and had a wonderful, clean and peaceful home to come back to, to get some much needed rest. We watched TV at night and had a bon fire in the evenings. We would highly recommend this home for others!

The house was amazing. A bathroom for every bedroom is pretty much heaven when you have a large group. Christmas tree all set up in living room. Plenty of space for any gathering. Hand painting on the walls in the rooms was beautiful. Outside grounds were well manicured and parklike. Outstanding place to stay.
