This was our second stay in Marquette and we really enjoyed this home. We walked to the local shops and restaurants, and appreciated that bike rental was available directly behind the house. The yoga studio next door was lovely and welcoming.

This was our 2nd time staying here for what has become our fall family getaway. Location, location, location is what it is all about in Marquette. The home is well equipped- next years plan is to try and stay in for a nice meal … hard to do in a town that offers so many dining options❤️. We will be back!

Very comfortable, cozy, nicely decorated house in Marquette. It was so nice to be able to walk to restaurants, brewery and shops in town. The owners were very accommodating and responsive. We will definitely be back.

Cute house fully stocked with everything you need. This house is in the best location, great for kids and teens to get around town by themselves. Marquette is a great town and we would love to stay here again.

Great historic home that has been updated to make you feel very comfortable, clean and cozy. All spaces of the home worked great for our family and had all the amenities we needed. Don't be deterred by the basement bathroom (I was leery). The basement is so clean and well done for a laundry/2nd bathroom space. Can't beat the location - we walked downtown, to get cream, shop, etc more than once. At night there is some noise pollution since it is next to a busier street in town but the proximity to all the shops and restaurants outweighs this small issue. We would stay here again and recommend to family and friends!

This was my 2nd time staying here. It’s a great location close to downtown MQT and NMU. Plenty of places to grab a drink or eat within walking distance. Off street parking for 2 cars is a bonus for winter stays. Well stocked kitchen. Clean and comfortable. Also for an older home there there was nothing that triggered my allergies- a big plus. Feels more like staying with friends than a VRBO.

This property has classic Marquette character. It’s clean, well appointed with some cool extra amenities. Great neighborhood within walking distance to Blackrocks brewery, Contrast coffee, and more unique local retailers. An excellent choice when visiting the Marquette area.

We loved this older home and how clean it was. It was just as it appeared online. Close to downtown and within walking distance to many major sites. A bit loud at nighttime and we could not get the grill to work to grill steaks. Other than that, we loved the house.

Girl's Getaway
We thought it was a wonderful place to stay. Everything was so clean and inviting. It was so much fun to explore the area and all it had to offer, but it was so relaxing to get back home in the evening and reflect on our day. The hosts were very nice, informative and easy to work with. We would definitely recommend the house to others!

Annual couples weekend, three couples all stayed here. House was great, the skiing was great, the food was great. We love Marquette and this was the perfect location. The only downside was parking, we struggled getting our two trucks in the driveway without blocking sidewalk. (Tons of snow didn’t help). But a great time and a great property.

It is a very charming house right right near wonderful restaurants, shops and breweries. Also within 6 blocks of Lake Superior and close to the NMU campus. I will definitely stay here again!

Ladies weekend!
My college friends and I rented this location to return to Marquette to visit and absolutely loved it. The property was clean, well stocked with all needed supplies, and getting in/out of the property was a breeze. Would be great for any family or group. Lots of little details considered and we will definitely be renting again.

Great location to tour UP
First time to UP - found lovation to be perfect for exploring. Both east and weat along the Lake Superior shore we found hiking, buking, kayaking and cliff jumping. As well the home is in walking distance to morning coffee and evening wine and beer. Home is as described - older home with character just like the area. I would stay here again if we made this trip again.

Great central location in Marquette
A house with a lot of character. Great for my family, as we returned for a family reunion. Marquette doesn't have a "bad part of town", but this area is a little bit run down, and the facade of the house is not particularly inviting, but everything inside is great: a kitchen to die for, a cozy living and dining area, everything clean and homey. We had a great time!
