It was all new clean and well eqwipped
Not easy to find there is no sign on the building.

The room was adequate.
The site was impossible to find without external help. There was no sign, no indicator of the need to pull off the main highway or where to pull off.
There was no food service on site or anywhere closer than 12 km away and no notice of the lack of food service in the correspondence.
The staff was not prepared to help us check in or even cognizant of who we were or what room we were in.
The verification of our identity and access code to the room was totally dependent on making a successful phone call to get the key safe code, but it was impossible to make a call without a Norwegian Sim card, which were not allowed to have by law.

The cottage was very clean and well taken care of. Everything one needs on vacation was available. Very nice place to stay. We felt very comfortable there.

Comfortable, well equipped, flexible check-in, clear. TV has Chromecast, which is nice.
After visiting over dozen of different apartments in last days it was first time we were asked to change linen and remove trash by ourselves. Not big deal, but a little strange. Linen clean, but extremely worn out, with different color stains from mixed color laundering (my guess).

We were really happy with our one night. It’s seems like an old lodge/hotel that has been bought out and the new owner is currently refurbishing the apartments. Definitely has great potential. Fantastic value for
Money. Easy check in and out system via a code and key-box. Had a little kitchen with the essentials for making meals. Beds were comfortable. We had our own bedding. Warm and cozy apartment.
It is back up on a ridge from a main road, but it didn’t bother us at all. Easy drive to a number hiking spots including the beautiful Tyin sø, Borgund and Utladalen.
Joker Tyinkrysset and Nærbutikken Borgund are the closest little supermarkets.
The bathroom is a bit of a wet room.
