A bit confused with the allocated numbered parking on our arrival. The caretaker was finally able to point us in the right direction . .

It was warm and spacious....lovely to have the heaters turned on prior to our late arrival so the apartment was warm and welcoming. Everyday condiments were there for us e.g..cooking oil..glad wrap...salt and pepper etc...milk in the fridge, even ice in the freezer.

Handing up the keys without me waiting outside for 15 minutes in the dark. Paying $150 for cleaning and had the host demanding to return the property as we got it ,cleaned as we got it ..clear the bins.. and wash the dishes ... So why I'm paying so much for cleaning. The room was very noisy ,probably no double glassing so you could hear lots of noise from the street ,that was disturbing especially at night.

Perfect location downtown Mount Maunganui! Was the ideal central hub for my family to gather during a time of bereavement. Felt like home away from home! Great restaurants and attractions on yr doorstep. Was really handy having 2 secure carparks. Communication from hosts was great. Arranged a seamless late check-in. Highly recommend!

Beautifully designed and decorated apartment. It was light and spacious, and the heating available kept us warm and cozy.

- beautifully furnished and so comfortable - loved the coffee machine! - activities for the kids were a hit (especially the bowling set) - location (walking distance to shops, restaurants, the Mount itself)

- nothing really! - late night drunk partygoers on the street on Saturday night were a bit annoying but earplugs took care of that!

Great location, lovely apartment and host, very happy with the facilities and very clean. We would definitely come back here again. There was a BBQ, some simple cooking stable items, COFFEE <3 (both instant and a nespresso machine), great entertainment on the TV from netflix to youtube to sky

The bed in the big room was dipping on the sides, didn't feel like I was sleeping on a flat surface so not sure if it needs to be a firmer mattress? It's a very minor complaint though

The location was great, only a block away from The Mount's commercial centre, at the same time being only a five minute walk from Pilot Bay and ten minute walk from the open Pacific Ocean. This gave the choice of two beaches. We liked the layout of the unit, and the fact the the master bedroom was away from the two other bedrooms used by our son and his family. This provided privacy for all.

Air conditioning required in the master-bedroom.

The unit was very clean, close to most ammenities and had all the luxuries and comfort we wanted. A lovely touch is the coffee machine and the well furnished kitchen. There was also games and puzzles available and it has a full laundry available for if you stay for longer periods. It was very easy to book this property and property managers kept in touch during the whole process and met us to hand over the keys. The property is gorgeous, beautiful decor, has a BBQ and we also went to the Saturday market which is walking distance.

We went during winter and it was cold at night, but there were blankets, a heat pump and a heater which helped. It is located on a busy street, so can be noisy at night.

Very spacious and lovely touches to decor that made it very cute! Also extra thoughtful things like little toy basket for little ones!
