Amazing weekend here for me and 14 other friends. Julia and her staff are great, we had awesome breakfasts and BBQ cooked by the chef. Highly recommended for big groups!

The property is very old and a lot needs updating, toilet in master bedroom kept blocking with horrible smell from floor drain, smell so bad it was hard to sleep in the bedroom, a lot of areas within the villa were not very clean due to poor upkeep even in one bathroom there was a mouse running around one night ☹️

Julia was really responsive to our queries. The villa itself was really comfortable, spacious and clean! Its also quite near to Patong. The beach view from the villa was amazing and the living room was the best place for all of us to hang out. We had some fun in the games/ pool room as well which was comfortable as well. The housekeepers were also very polite, responsive and helpful. Breakfasts were awesome, everything was prepared nicely and the food was good! We had a lil private beach where we hung out a couple of times too. Nice, quiet and private. If you're travelling in a big group, i would sure to recommend staying here. All in all, a really great experience.

There were minor issues with door locks and one of the room toilet lights. We called Julia to let her know about the issues and she rectified it almost immediately. A technician came less than an hour later to fix the issues. The swimming was not very clean when we arrived but was clean almost immediately after. Could be cleaned daily as there were leaves falling constantly. Some amenities like hair dryers were not in every room. We were also missing some bedroom slippers for some of the rooms. The ironing board was not in good condition as well. Other than these minor issues, everything else was perfect.

Julia responds very quickly to our enquiries and is super helpful! Location of the villa is very good with many dining options nearby. 5mins tuk tuk ride away from Patong. Friendly staffs were already waiting for us at the villa, taking us a tour on the property and explaining the facilities. Jean is a super cook, at our request, he can whip up anything as long there is ingredients! In villa bbq was really good and fun for our group. The property is big spacious and clean, we spent alot of time in the living room and the pool! Don't have to worry about daily meals, just tell the staff in advanced and they will do all the shopping and cooking for you! The view is really good from the villa, a very relaxing place, we wish had more time to spend there! We will be back!

We had a wonderful stay, from the airport pick up arranged by Julia to to the wonderful complementary breakfasts, everything was as advertised. The great surprise was the incredibly friendly Thai staff and chef Jean who prepared wonderful Thai food for dinner one night on request. All staff were so nice and friendly and went out of their way to please, they found us a nanny at a moment’s notice and even called masseuses to come. The house itself is right on the beach in a stunning garden with amazing views, a large swimming pool and a wonderful sala-pavilion where we ate one evening, set right over the sea, watching the setting sun.

Very little. Only that when we wanted to extend out trip ( we were loving it so much) we were unable to do so due to the prior booking of next arriving guests. Clearly this place gets booked early, so we are going to book much earlier for our already planned return visit next year.
