This property was a real diamond Central, parking options, well equipped and a great standard Very family focussed, washer dryer, full kitchen and all round great find!

the stairs leading up to the flat could have Been cleaner, but the flat itself was lovely

Beds and bed covers clean but needed renewing.

It was a good experience, no complaints.

there is only one mirror in the whole apartment, which is a bit surprising. it could be better to provide few mirrors. And the stairs area from main door was really smelling cigarette.

Everything! It was clean and cozy

There was no breakfast included as the apartment was self catering (which was not a problem).

The description of the property did not state that it took two flights of stairs to use all of the facilities i.e. one flight to enter the apartment and another flight to get to the kitchen. Shower was hard to access for people with limited mobility and age restriction. There was no handrail to assist with entry and exit - had to ensure that spouse was on hand in case I slipped. Towels had a musty smell although were clean. Bedding was very good but due to the cold weather/apartment not been used it would of been nice to have extra covers. When entering the stairwell entrance from the street and the apartment there was a strong smell of tobacco smoke although it was advertised as non smoking.
