They served lovely Italian breakfast (mostly sweet). Everything was very nice and clean.

Breakfast really simple, but super tasty and delicious. It was just what was needed for a great morning. The hospitality was the best, the hosts also offered us a local 100% italian pasta to have taken at our home. Cleaning was perfect and made when we requested. The room had all the requirements even anti-mosquitos sprays. Placement of acommodation is perfect, near beach and near center.

It can be a little noisy when people enter the main entrance door on the hallway, but really that was not an issue.

The accomodation is perfectly situated close to the beach and close to the city center. Offers lovely breakfast in cute little garden and very clean comfortable rooms. the host is very friendly and gives good local information.

Our stay was fantastic! The room was really nice with a comfy bed and a small but adequate bathroom. We even had an Alexa in our room. The breakfast was excellent, good coffee, croissants in a sweet version with jam and chocolate, and croissants with ham/salami and cheese. Everyday there were also cookies, cake and some fruits. In the kitchen was a fridge with wather and juices, which you could drink all day long. The owner Paulo, is such an amazing host, his hospitality and good mood made our stay in Pescar even more beautiful. I can fully recommand and hope to stay there again. :)

excellent customer service. the owners have been really friendly and genuine. excellent location close to Pescara centre. nice breakfast too and plenty of juices. highly recommended.

Great place, really helpfull hosts, fast reactions for all of the questions. Clean and comfortable rooms. For breakfest everything You need. Beach 100 m from home. I recomend!

Sparkling clean, good service, nice environment

We had a chance to meet the owner of property and he is so helpful, friendly and prompt to our questions and implemented solutions. The position of the property is so good - close to beach, to rail station or bus station or any restaurant. He is local so we realy liked his recommended restaurance. thank you :)

Property was great. Quiet area but within walking distance to everything.

Just a FYI For the ladies, you may want to consider bringing your own hairdryer. One was provided but it’s attached to the wall. It worked fine just hard to dry your hair in front of the mirror.
