I knew nothing of Terassa when I booked it, and first impressions wheren't great. But its a lovely small city, great parks and lots of points of interest and lovely pedestrianised centre. Wifi was amazing !!

The TV was spanish only, local channels and we couldn't get the smartTV to connect to netflix reliably

It was a fantastic property, very modern and comfortable. The two balconies/patio were a great addition. A real sun trap. Great location and really close to the centre of Terrasa and really close to the supermarket so you can grab the essentials. Really recommend this place. The hosts were really attentive and kept in touch with us in regards to the checking in.

There was absolutely nothing that I did not like about this property.

Location was good.

On the first evening, we noticed the master bedroom and master bathroom were covered with ants and there was an amount of them in the upstairs bathroom and upstairs bedroom also. In the master bedroom they were even inside the wardrobe and up the walls. Our toothbrushes even had ants on them. We were given a different apartment on the second day but had to carry our own luggage 4 blocks. This apartment was nice and clean. I requested a refund for the first night given we all (2 adults, 3 kids) had to sleep in 2 single beds. I felt this was a reasonable request. I was not given the refund.

Pressure in the showers was very low.

The apartment is very roomy and fully furnished. Having 2 bathrooms and a powder room is very handy. The kitchen is excellent. We were able to easily cook full meals which was helpful during a two week stay. Plenty of pots, pans, dishes, and more importantly, cooking gadgets. In fact, this apartment had the best kitchen gear than any we've ever stayed at. The appliances--dishwasher, range, refrigerator, microwave, and clothes washer--were high quality and in great working order. The apartment is on a quiet street that is in easy walking distance to shops, groceries, bars, restaurants, and a large park. The availability of an onsite garage to park the car was great. The management of the apartment (a shout out to Carla) are very helpful, kind, and sincerely interested in making your visit a success.

Although there is plenty of outdoor space, the furniture on the terraces is dirty (from sitting outside all the time), so it wasn't welcoming to use. The shower stall in the ensuite bathroom is very small. A larger person would not be able to comfortably use it. Be aware that two of the bedrooms are on the upper floor which is accessed by a steep, spiral staircase that would be difficult for those with mobility issues. If you are visiting with younger children, these stairs might also be problematic.
