Me and my family had a great time. We enjoyed the family time playing in the pool and in the game room. The first vacation we didn't have to leave the house to have fun.

The house was big and comfy, with plenty of space for all of us. The bedrooms were cozy, and we loved hanging out in the living room. We had a blast splashing around in the pool and chilling on the patio. Plus, the community had cool stuff like a golf course and clubhouse – we never ran out of things to do! Our stay was seriously awesome. We made so many fun memories and can't wait to come back!

Great property in a great gated neighbourhood.
The house was well equipped with all the necessities for a lengthy stay. The pool and spa were great and well worth the extra charge for pool heat. The property manager was quick to respond to any issues (which were minor) and made sure our stay was enjoyable. Our only complaint would be that the King bedroom was very small and had limited storage space. We would definitely book here again!

This property was very clean and had everything we needed. Communication with the property manager was excellent. They called me about a month ahead of my booking to see if I wanted to add the use of the grill and they also called the day of check in to make sure everything was ok. I also received numerous emails answering any questions that I could possibly have.
When arriving at the home we walked it to see two displays with my name on them welcoming me. I thought that was a very personal touch. They were smart displays that also told you about the property and the area.
I can't wait to stay here again. My group was women over 40 and it checked all of our boxes.

This is the second time that we have stayed at this villa and both times have not let us down. We loved it here, feels like a home away from home and had everything we needed. Above all, it was very clean. The beds were also very comfortable, and the pool was fabulous. We had 4 adults and 3 children and we had more than enough room, could easily fit another family and if you divide the cost of the home, its well worth it

We choose this home for the handicap accessible features. This area lacks desparatly as there are so many people that are disabled vacationing in the Disney World area. I am so grateful that I was able to find exactly what my family needed. The home was well appointed and comfortable. It met most of our needs. I wish it had a fenced back yard. It is pet friendly and it would have been nice for our 2 year old to run around safely.

The house is very nice, fresh and clean, everything is impeccable, Lisa took great care of us, talking to her was the solution and she is very quick to answer, we had a nice experience, my baby was very comfortable and we had everything we needed. The pool was always at the temperature we wanted and we were able to enjoy it as we expected. We will surely return

Cleanliness was astounding. Plenty of room for the whole family and the bedrooms were great size. Great location. Publix (grocery store) only 5 minutes by car from the house. .Definitely will be returning.

Beautiful villa and very clean and well organised. We loved the outdoor space. There was a shaded area with table & chairs, and plenty of sun loungers for enjoying the sunshine. We'd love to stay here again in the future as we had a great experience.

Well equipped vacation home
We greatly enjoyed our stay! Lisa and her Team made sure we were taken care of! The home we switched to was huge, clean and conveniently located to stores, parks and highways. It was well-equipped from bedrooms to kitchen and very nicely decorated. We highly recommend booking with Lisa - you will not be disappointed.

Gated community makes you feel very safe - PERFECT vacation home
This rental property exceeded my expectations and this being our first vacation home experience it was truly memorable. Lisa is very responsive and took care of all our needs, there is also a property manager on site who can answer any in person queries/ concerns. The house was very spacious and we all had enough space to spread out and focus on work/school activities, the heated pool was just amazing, made our stay feel more like vacation . We were all very sad after our 2 week stint, should have stayed for longer. The gated community makes you feel very safe. Highly recommend the place, cant wait to go back hopefully next year!

This home is beautiful, and clean inside. The community is safe and maintained really nice. The home has a private pool which gets the sun all day, but we also enjoyed the communal pool. There's a fun pool with slides and a second adult pool for swimming. If you stay here, you must check the communal pools out too.

Nice home, handicap equipped
The home is beautiful! The food items were nice, but it would be better to individualize it. The white bread, milk, cookies, I couldn't eat, as am allergic to all. Leaving a starter for clothes washer would've been very helpful. Also, some small salt and pepper.
The pool heater must've been left on by previous renters. We were eager to use pool, and it was 102 degrees!! Way too hot, even for a Jacuzzi!!
Termites showed up for a visit, in the master bath and pool. Management did take care of those quickly and appropriately.
Management company is fast and virtuous.

Location was good since the house was close to many attractions and restaurants and shopping.Facilities within the house were very good. Nicely decorated. Management company was very attentive and helpful.

Great Vacation
We had a great stay at Crofton Springs, we travelled with 4 kids under 2.5 and the free for hire child supplies were a saviour! We enjoyed the house very much, it was very spacious, lots of room for 2 families of 4!

Lovely house
It's a beautiful house very comfortable. It's a new house with good spaces. Looks just like the photos. It has a great pool and the community area is amazing because it has a big pool with fun slides for kids. Tennis courts and golf. It's a little far away from a food market or restaurant it takes 10 minutes to get there. 20 min to Disney and 25 to Orlando downtown. 20 min to the International Dr.
