Walk to pool on the complex, walk to downtown, walk to river float. Enjoyed the first floor and no stairs. Drive up to covered parking space for this condo only. Furniture and interior dated, but practical for groups.

We stayed 2 nights at River City Properties and had an amazing time. Everything we needed was available and accurately listed in the listing. This apartment was walking distance to Schliterbahn, 10 minutes from the Ricking R (where we tubed down the Guadalupe) and over-looked the Comal River. If you stay here you have to be in the back patio at 8:30pm to catch the bats flying through the breezeway and off over the River. It was an awesome sight!! There were groups of deer that would be at the back of our apartment patio in the early mornings and early evenings so make sure to also have something to through out to feed them. Honestly, we could not have stayed at a better place! Highly recommend staying at this property!!

The unit was exactly as described I would definitely come back

We often come over to the parks and river and the location of this property was ideal. Very close to everything the town has to offer.

A few things that could be improved on are light bulbs need to changed in multiple areas, headboard in master bedroom needs adjusting/secured. Other than that it was a great stay. Love the location of the unit being facing the river and very easy river access.

FYI, these were existing issues that we observed upon arrival.

1. Both coffee machines did not work. We unplugged them.

2. Check Front door lock. Not exactly very secure.

3. Main bedroom bathroom. Rod above toilet not well secure.

4. Cigarette burn by kitchen sink

This was our first time to the Comal River. Location was great and river was a great trip for our 2 families with kids under 10.

All the appliances were clean and working properly. The beds were all comfy. Note though is watch out for the bathtubs they are very slippery. I fell and hit my back on the wall seat. We had other families in 2 other condos in building B and 3 of them slipped in theirs as well. No major damage but could hurt someone.

The condo was perfect for our family of five and it was in the perfect location for our river trip! The layout of the condo allowed for privacy within our party. We put in at Texas Tubes, as you recommended, and the float was the perfect distance to the condo (2.5 hr float). We enjoyed the pizza next door at Di’s and the staff there was so friendly and appreciative of our business. The condo had everything we needed from an ironing board to extra pillows. The only complaint I have is that there was broken furniture that we couldn't use, but that wouldn't stop me from staying here again because of the convenience and closeness of schlitterbahn, the comal and the guadalupe. Those three things are what we drove down here for, and my entire group was satisfied with the stay and plan on staying at this complex again, just maybe a different condo next summer. Overall I was satisfied with the stay and would recommend it to others if you have two couples that can sleep on the bed, two single people who can share a room and sleep on the twin beds, and one other person to sleep on the couch but *not* the pull out sofa bed. The sofa bed was broken so we went and got a cheap air mattress for our other person (not knowing that they keep extra air mattresses in the leasing office). This sounds negative, but it really isn't meant to. This is an unbeatable location.

River City & the condo owner allowed us to stay at a facility overlooking the the Comal River, at an extremely reasonable rate.
