Noise from the front door and the hallway enters freely in the room.

The staff over the phone was really nice. At check-in they let us change room to one with a double bed. Breakfast vouchers are enough to get coffee, a pastry, and orange juice.

Not a lot of natural light.

The room was interestingly decorated and pleasant, but being on the street side, even if a small side street, made it noisy early in the mornings.

Nice room, walking distance to downtown and one minute from airport and other bus stops. Quiet location.

No information for check in, only a phone number on the front door. You'd better have a plan for calling an Italian phone number and a charged phone, otherwise no check in. We didn't see anybody. The bed was good, but the breakfast is an overstatement : a 4 euro ticket to spend at the cafe at the corner. The room is cleaned only every three days. A jar of instant coffee was available, but the powder inside was rock-solid and unusable, as if nobody had paid attention to it for a long time.

Perfect place when you are travelling. Very close to the bus/ railway station and also to the city center. Rooms with air condition, own bathroom, comfortable beds and voucher for breakfast in the nearest coffee bar which is open from early morning. Long hours for check-in and check-out giving you 'freedom' with planning the trip

Nice room, very good communication, very good location - no problems.

Note: The window in the ground floor room has no "window" - no glass. There are functional window shutters made of wood. They are closed.

A warm welcome. Hotel had lots of character and was spotlessly clean. Within easy walking distance of the port and historic area.

The B&B was very good. The owner Gianluca was super nice and checked in on us to make sure everything was ok with the room and even gifted us a sparkling wine bottle for New Year's Eve. The hotel is fairly close to the town centre and the room we stayed in was nice. We had free access to bottled water (in Olbia the sink water is not potable) and we had A/C in the room and a little courtyard just outside for chilling. The breakfast was a typical italian one at a nearby Caffè, cappuccino and cornetto, but here too the staff was very warm and welcoming.

Everything was great, but to be extremely nitpicky however the room was a bit humid (but that was a feature of the climate) and the street cleaning woke us up one night as it was very loud

Very clean and cozy. martina and Gianluca do everything to make your stay comfortable. the breakfast in the bar around the corner is good and they are also very friendly. the bus from the airport as well as the one to further destinations stop just around the corner.

I didn't like Olbia. It's way too expensive for what it is, but that has nothing to do with the accomodation.

Very quiet and clean room. Hosts provided some welcome candies and had fridge with cold water for guests. Room was very comfortable and had everything needed. Provided even small kettle and teabags. Location is very close to the city center and quiet, close to the train station and there are several bus stops in 2-5 mins walk. Very happy with my choice!

An ideal accommodation! Family run B&B, besides being the most arranging people that you could ever had, the room are big and super clean. Got with the 6 am ferry to Olbia, went to the hotel at 8 am, the hostess told me to grab a coffee on the house at their cafe partner around the corner and at 8:30 came looking for me telling me that my room was ready... Amazing!! A super plus is the free water! A life saviour in the amazing super hot Olbian summer. Also to consider, the B&B is close to the train station, the airport shuttle, local and regional buses (SART to go to Palau, one minute walking!) Very good place!

Everything was good

The room was nice & clean, location was very good (center is 10 mins by walk). The owner was not there but his mom showed us pretty much everything. There is a small free space where you can sit and relax; and there are free bottles of water. Breakfast was good too (classic Italian breakfast in a bar nearby)

My room was not sound-proof and I was hearing every time someone was entering or getting out (probably this may not be the case for other rooms since my room was just near the main entrance). During the summer there are mosquitoes but there were no aerosol.
